The luxurious apartment is located in the newly built Rogowo PEARL complex.
The unique location of the complex between Lake Resko Przymorskie and the Baltic Sea beach, surrounded by pine forest, makes it a dream place for relaxation and a restful holiday. The rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the lake and the Baltic Sea adds to the holiday atmosphere.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and one child. The apartment impresses with elegance, comfort, and furnishings. It features
- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), access to the covered terrace (25 sqm), and TV,
- a living room with kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area 145 x 195 cm), access to the aforementioned terrace, a smart TV,
- a sleeping option (for a child) on the upper floor, with a sleeping element (sleeping area: 200 x 80 cm). Via a spiral staircase you reach the small area in the attic with access to the roof terrace (45 sqm) with Jacuzzi.
A comprehensive equipment of the kitchenette with high-quality appliances and all necessary bathroom and kitchen utensils (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer combination, washing machine with dryer function, iron, hairdryer) guarantees a comfortable stay even for self-caterers. The modern lounge furniture and loungers on the two terraces, as well as the 2-3 person jacuzzi with a view of the lake, invite you to linger and relax.
Guests have access to a fully air-conditioned indoor playground and a fully air-conditioned fitness studio all year round, free of charge and without time restrictions.
The complex impresses with its modern appearance and its location between forests, the Baltic Sea beach, and Lake Resko Pomorskie. The SKY & SEA apartment offers an optimal holiday experience both for nature and relaxation lovers as well as for fans of active recreation (hiking, cycling, fishing, water sports). The building in which the apartment is located (Beta) is part of the completed construction phase of the overall Rogowo PEARL complex. The location of the apartment (facing the already completed section) guarantees an undisturbed stay.

Rogowo is a dream place, located in the Trzebiatów-Kołobrzeg Powiat (Treptow-Kolberg), about 170 km from the Polish-German border, awarded as a seaside resort - Nature 2000, in the Kolberg microclimate zone.
The surroundings of Rogowo offer a variety of scenic and historical attractions. The most popular towns in the area: Kołobrzeg (Kolberg 16 km) and Trzebiatów (Treptow 17 km) are filled with neo-gothic and medieval sights, and the nearby villages and farms attract attention with picturesque churches and bridges.
The neighborhood of Baltic Sea towns such as Mrzezyno (4 km) and Dzwirzyno (3 km) ensures that every tourist will find something for himself. Nearby tourist routes, bike trails, paddle routes represent only a part of the offers for all lovers of active recreation.
Rogowo PEARL is a closed and guarded object, an ideal place for those who appreciate peace and comfortable rest. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool with heated water, children's pool, sunbeds and a lifeguard during the high season. The beautiful, wide, fine sandy beach, not crowded even in the season, with plenty of space to relax, play ball, fly kites, etc. pp, is accessible only after a short walk through the forest (about 300 m).

Very nice modern apartment. Everything is as described. Close to the sea. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. We will come back.
