Description

The newly renovated holiday flat is located on the upper floor of our 2-family house in the Maadebogen housing estate.
The flat is designed for 4-5 persons.
It consists of a living room with TV, radio and CD player. The living area can be converted into another sleeping area. The adjacent balcony is equipped with garden furniture. An electric awning serves as sun protection. The two spacious bedrooms each have a double bed (180x200 cm) in comfort height, two night consoles and a wardrobe. One bedroom has an additional table with 2 chairs.
In the dining room there is a table with 4 chairs. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Next to the dining hall is another hallway with 2 wardrobes.
The bathroom has a barrier-free shower (120 x 90 cm), a washing machine and a clothes horse.
A parking space is located on the property.

A supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. Further shopping facilities such as bakeries and a discounter, a bank branch as well as restaurants and cafés are about 1.5 km away.
The Wilhelmshaven hospital and a medical centre are approx. 2.0 km away
It is only a few minutes by car to the city centre with numerous shops, the sights, the south beach and the Jade-Weserport.

Prices: from 5 nights for 4 persons in low season 70 €/night, in high season 90 €/night, including bed linen and towels. Extra person 10 €. Less nights on request. Extra persons on request.
The final cleaning is 45 €.

The flat is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (partly covered)

Pets are not allowed. Arrival from 15.00 h, departure until 10.00 h.

You can reach our holiday flat via the A 29 motorway from the south and use exit no. 3 (Stadtmitte/Maadebogen). At the exit, turn right towards the city centre. After about one kilometre, after a bus stop, turn into Siedlung Maadebogen. After approx. 300 m, the house is on the left-hand side.

We spent 2 beautiful weeks in this holiday apartment, where everything was perfect. Starting with the very nice and attentive landlords, in the apartment itself, a convenient bus connection to the city center. For further activities, a car is recommended.

Perfect vacation apartment

Very beautiful large vacation apartment with great amenities. The rooms are bright and spaciously designed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and the other rooms are well-equipped, so you feel comfortable right away and the vacation can begin.

5 stars + holiday apartment

The Endrikat family's vacation apartment is one of the best places we have stayed at so far (see pictures on various portals). Extremely clean, practically new, and equipped with everything one needs. Listing all the amenities would exceed the scope and has already been covered in detail by previous reviewers. The landlords are very helpful and empathetic with any questions regarding the apartment or local activities. The apartment also includes a lockable garage for parking and charging e-bikes and/or bicycles, as well as a parking space for a car in the courtyard. The direct connection to the well-developed Maade riverbank pathway is great for taking extensive bike tours through the very bike-friendly surroundings. In summary: 100% recommendable, we will definitely come back.

Great vacation apartment.

We were here for a week over Easter with a total of 4 people and were very impressed.
The accommodation is very modern, extremely clean and tastefully furnished.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, where even containers for storing food can be found.
The bathroom includes a modern daylight bathroom with a floor-level XL shower and a washing machine.

Our landlord was very friendly and always helpful.

We will definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation without reservation!

Dream holiday flat with all comforts

We booked this holiday flat for 4 adults and 1 child at short notice. The contact via email and telephone was unproblematic, trustworthy and informative. The formalities were completed quickly.
The holiday flat on the upper floor is completely renovated and very well equipped with all imaginable comforts. Nothing was missing
The landlords live on the ground floor and are very open-minded and were always available for additional questions
The holiday home can be reached from the A29 motorway within 2 minutes. Parking space directly at the house. Location good and very quiet. The city centre and the south beach can be reached by car within 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the traffic situation. But also by bike you can reach many destinations very well on car-free routes.
The price/performance ratio is excellent.
We were very satisfied with our stay and can recommend this holiday flat without reservation.
