Set in a hilly area, this serene holiday home in Serrungarina has 4 bedrooms and hosts a group of 9 people or families. It provides guests with a garden and barbecue.
Spend the vacation exploring beautiful woods, olive groves, and vineyards. There are many hamlets, monasteries, and old villas in the surroundings that give the place a touch of ancient culture. There are many mountain villages at 25 km. There is a forest at 5 km. Admire wonderful art from n art cities such as Urbino, Gubbio, Arezzo, and Perugia. The sea is 15 km and the lake is 2 km for a swim. A wine tasting session is sure to delight you. But your groceries from the supermarket at 2 km.
The kitchen has a wood stove to keep you warm while cooking. You can enjoy your meals from the dining room with a fireplace and watch TV. The home allows you to bring 1 pet. The delicious barbecue gives you a wonderful time in the garden.
The airport lies 40 km away and public transport is at 1 km.

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful property. We received a very friendly welcome from our hosts. The check-in was uncomplicated and pleasant. Beatrice and Umberto introduced us to all the important things. So the welcome drinks in the fridge.
The rooms were lovingly furnished and very clean.
The bathrooms were also inviting and very clean.
The kitchen is well equipped and very cozy.
Keeping such a large area in such good condition is certainly a laborious task. Especially with our children, the time on the estate was wonderful. The chickens, horses, pigeons and the dog Diablo were a highlight for our two kids.
The hosts were always available for us. I"m sure any problems that arose would have been solved immediately.
We really enjoyed the week and highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay in a very beautiful landscape in a beautiful house. The surrounding area is full of destinations for sightseeing (Assisi, Perugia, Urbino, Gradara, ...) and the sea is also very close (highly recommended is the area below Ancona).

The house is quiet, and has etws off horses and chickens on the Geläbnde that do not interfere, however. In the house lives a very nice older couple. The kitchen is equipped with 6-burner gas stove, oven and wood burning stove well equipped. Each room has its own bathroom - which is very convenient. The owner is very nice. The beaches can be reached in around 20 minutes on a highway. The whole area is beautiful! We felt very comfortable there!!
