Beautiful,renovated 140sqm ground floor flat in the old farmhouse from 1912.There are 3 double and one single room,a large living room with sofa bed and fireplace,a large dining kitchen and two new shower bathrooms.Furthermore,the flat has its own terrace or you can sit in the courtyard under the gazebo.There is also a barbecue.For leisure activities,there are rental bikes to explore the beautiful surroundings,riding lessons in the farm's own indoor riding arena or you can go for a nice ride or relax in the sauna.

The Brunnenhof is idyllically and quietly situated in the small village of Welze in the Neustädter Land at the gates of Hanover, i.e. you live quietly in nature, but are quickly in the city to go shopping or to the theatre or cinema in the evening. In the village there is a pizza parlour within walking distance and many great restaurants in the area.
Situated between the Südheide in the north and the Leineauen in the south, the area around the Brunnenhof invites you to go for long walks, bike rides or horseback rides.
In addition, the Steinhuder Meer with all its water sports facilities is only 20 minutes away by car.

Cancellation terms:

The farm has 7 school horses and ponies and its own riding hall where riding lessons can be taken.
Furthermore, you can rent bicycles to explore the surroundings or for a trip to the Steinhuder Meer.
On cold days, you can relax in the farm's sauna.
The farm is surrounded by a large garden with various seating areas, campfire and barbecue facilities.
For the little ones, there is a small playground in the garden, and a larger one 50 metres away in the village.
