The overall impression, especially cleanliness, was the most noticeable after entering the house. Also, the very good, partly new furniture was above average compared to other houses we have rented more frequently, not just with them. From the first minute, we felt very comfortable. Communication with the service office was good. We had two small problems. Firstly, the description in the catalog was not entirely correct. It should be noted in the offer "free Wi-Fi" that there is only a limited high-speed volume. Furthermore, for me, "a selection of German TV programs" means at least two and not just ZDF (information on the German website). These two things did not in any way affect our positive holiday experience, but should be mentioned. However, somewhat annoying was the broken parasol on the terrace. It was just too hot to stay there in the afternoon, especially after we learned that the defect was already known. Overall, we would always vacation in such a house again.

The house offers everything your heart desires. It was clean and tidy upon our arrival, and we immediately felt comfortable. The beds are new and super cozy. There is enough storage space in the rooms to store clothes and similar items (we were only two people). The kitchen is adequately equipped with everything you need, such as plates, bowls, glasses, cups in various sizes, thermos cups and pots, spices, and all the tools you would want in a kitchen. Foil, trash bags, etc. were already available. There are plenty of candle holders, tablecloths, etc. to set a beautiful table for any upcoming celebrations. For children, there is a whole cabinet full of toys and board games. Outside, there is a sandbox and swings for two children. There are enough seating options to spend time outdoors. There are also 2 grills available for barbecuing, a regular one and a large kettle grill, both relatively new. For those who like to walk, the fjord can be reached in a few minutes on foot. If you want to go to the North Sea beach, you can reach it in about 10-15 minutes by car. Overall, highly recommended. However, we have to give one negative point - the Wi-Fi in the house is unfortunately very slow. This didn't bother us, but it might be important for some. The value for money is definitely 5 stars. We would book the house again anytime.
