Very quiet side street, south-facing balcony, with unobstructed view of the Lattengebirge. 80 sqm for 2-4 persons. 2 persons in the large bedroom, 1-2 persons separated on "good" beds in the separated area of the living room. Extra cooking and dining area. Equipped with large TV, hi-fi with CD, cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. Everything is new and up to standard.
Parking space in the courtyard. Rental of 2 mountain bikes possible. Large private garden with sunshades, sunbeds and barbecue area.
Bayerisch Gmain is ideally situated in the centre of the Bad Reichenhall - Salzburg - Berchtesgaden tourism triangle. Mountains&hiking, culture&urban flair, bathing&wellness. Everything is in the immediate vicinity. There is always something to experience here and at the same time enjoy the peace and quiet.
In winter, reasonably priced and quiet, but still very close (20-30 min by car) to various ski areas. Cross-country skiing right outside the door. Ice skating and other activities close by. Perfectly combined with the beautiful Rupertitherme in Bad Reichenhall.
