The chalet holiday flat is located in our recently built residential house and awaits you in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with various terraces around the house where you can enjoy the sun and the magnificent view of the mountains.
2-room chalet holiday flat: The living and dining area (with modern fitted kitchen) is connected to the bedroom and bathroom by stairs.
Facilities: Internet, 2 TVs, natural wood parquet flooring, underfloor heating, fly screens, allergy-friendly.
Bedroom: with double bed (and possibility to add a mattress (90x200)).
Living/dining area: with sofa bed.
Optimal for 2 persons (with child), maximum for 4 persons (short-term stays).

Feel-good atmosphere
We were at the Maxeiner family's beautiful holiday apartment Ambiente for the first time. The welcome was very warm, and we felt at home. The apartment is equipped in a warm, friendly natural wood style with everything you need. It is absolutely clean, and you are accommodated undisturbed with a private entrance.
Although the apartment is located in a newer district, it is quiet at night, and we slept very well. A distant ringing of cowbells now and then did not bother us at all. For nature lovers like us, it was ideal, as Wertach is beautifully situated and there is much to discover nearby.

Short break in a dream location.
We were warmly greeted in Wertach in the vacation apartment with a welcome tray, on which were 2 drinks, something sweet, and a labeled small piece of tree bark. Karin, the landlady, also welcomed us very warmly. The vacation apartment is practically furnished and very clean. Towels and bed linen are included. The vacation apartment is completely sufficient for 3 people. An additional mattress is possible. There is a separate entrance. The view from the garden is beautifully stunning and inviting for relaxation. Karin also takes the time for a few personal words with her tenants. This accommodation is ideal for a hiking or skiing vacation. However, one should arrive by car. Unfortunately, the time went by much too quickly, but we will definitely come back.
