VILLA KERMOHIC UNIQUE AND LOCATION DIRECTLY BY THE SEA
Our large family house is ideal for your holidays or teleworking: 250m2 of floor space on a 6000m2 plot with trees and direct access to the little-visited beaches of Kermagen and Brestan with their wild and protected coastline (and whose coasts are not affected by the phenomenon of green algae). Thus, you will benefit from the large indoor and outdoor areas without vis-à-vis, ideal to live unique moments with family and your friends!
The house is modernly furnished and built of traditional Breton granite. The location and the size of the garden offer real privacy for convivial and festive moments, protected from any opposite. Ideal therefore for a stay of 1, 2 or 3 families or friends.
There is virtually no car traffic around Villa Kermohic. It is rare to be able to enjoy such an environment in absolute tranquility!
THE HOUSE
Our holiday house offers space for 12 people and has a very large living room with a view of the sea and the garden, where you will find the living room and the lounge with fireplace - everything invites you to cocoon!
The house is extensively furnished and decorated with large wall photos, very quietly located and oriented so that you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets every day of the year.
The TV fans among us appreciate the large flat screen TV in the living room with its home theater, where you can end the evening on the very large couch.
FOOD + DRINK
Our region is rich in gastronomic diversity, besides countless seafood - especially oysters and lobster -, there is farm fresh produce in abundance , you will find organic products from local producers at numerous markets in the immediate vicinity of our place
Amateur cooks will be in their element in our kitchen: communal cooking on our cooking island with oven, microwave, large fridge and a small one for bottled wines. Finally, a complete equipment of high quality cutlery, numerous bowls for the pastries and a selection of glasses, carafes and cups for tasting good wines, ciders and whiskies...
LET THE SOUND OF THE WAVES LULL YOU TO SLEEP
Your accommodation consists of a beautiful master bedroom, a master suite with en-suite bathroom and WC and three further large bedrooms. They are all upstairs except for one which is accessed directly from the ground floor
This 20m2+ upstairs room has five very large windows that flood it with natural light, so you can certainly enjoy the most beautiful sea views here. With a king size bed (180x200) and a high ceiling, the room offers an exceptional size to retreat to your privacy.
Also upstairs, the "Parents Suite" with sea view occupies more than 30m2, it is furnished in typical Breton style, this one has a queen size double bed (160x200). A second large bedroom, similar to a suite, is accessible from the ground floor and has a double bed. It is furnished in an understated style and overlooks the garden and sea. Bathroom, laundry room and WC are located next to this room.
The fourth bedroom upstairs is 17m2, has a double bed 160x200 and also offers views of the sea and garden
A fifth bedroom upstairs, 22m2, has 4 beds 90x200, also sea view, the favourite among children travelling with them!
For babies: beautiful wooden bed with mattress and cover, high chair. The two bathrooms upstairs each have a shower tray.
The downstairs laundry room has a washer and dryer. For those who appreciate their laundry smelling of fresh air, there is a solid outdoor clothes horse.
DIRECT ACCESS TO THE SEA FROM THE PROPERTY
Direct access to the beach makes the Kermohic property ideal for swimmers, divers, windsurfers of all kinds, kayakers; anglers, but also for photo enthusiasts: you walk thirty seconds and you are in action! The bay in front of the property benefits from very large tidal differences, the sea can retreat for miles, revealing rocky scenery that you remember from landscapes in well-known movies.
The very large garden offers many possibilities: Dining table for 12 people, umbrellas, barbecue, but also sun loungers for lounging and a large lawn for football or other sports.
PARKING + ROOM CLEANING
You can park up to five vehicles in the private car park in the garden, and there is a space in front of the entrance for a sixth vehicle
On arrival you will find the house cleaned and with beds made, on departure you do not have to worry about the final cleaning, so you can spend your holiday relaxed
