Spacious 20-person vacation home with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and activity room near Marielyst. Here you will find fun activities where water lovers, table tennis enthusiasts, and social butterflies are guaranteed a vacation to suit their tastes. In the cottage's activity room, you will find billiards, table football, table tennis, and darts, which can provide the setting for fun duels between vacationers. The room also has a sofa group where you can watch movies or play PlayStation 4, and the cottage's own bar with a refrigerator. The holiday home also has its own pool area with an indoor swimming pool for water lovers. The pool has Roman steps and a water slide. When you've used up all your energy in the pool, you can relax in the hot tub or sauna.There is a swimming coach. The cottage can accommodate a total of 20 guests and has 8 bedrooms. In addition, you will find the remaining 4 beds in one of the cottage's 2 lofts. The last loft is furnished as a play loft and is sure to be a hit with younger guests. The kitchen/family room is located in the center of the cottage, where there is plenty of room for all guests to eat together. Vacations are for relaxation and unwinding – so light up the wood-burning stove, put your feet up, and relax in front of the TV in the sofa corner while someone cooks in the kitchen. The olive green kitchen is, of course, well-equipped and has two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks, and plenty of refrigerator space, so it's no problem to prepare large family dinners. From the kitchen, you can walk straight out onto the cottage's partially covered terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, which is perfect for a cozy barbecue evening or relaxing in the summer sun. In the garden, there is a swing, sandpit, play tower, soccer goals, rebounder, and a trampoline for the children (use at your own risk/insurance). The house is located on a closed and undisturbed plot at the end of a closed road. Utility bills and the security deposit are paid at the office.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house is well suited for larger groups. The recreational activities are good and the amenities are sufficient for the people. The location is a bit further from the beach.
