Welcome to our villa located in the charming city of Tar, Croatia.
Just a short drive away is the city of Poreč, known for its Euphrasian Basilica. This is a UNESCO World Heritage site boasting beautifully Byzantine mosaics that date back to the 6th century. Also, don't forget to explore the indigenous Istrian cuisine while in Poreč, with its mix of seafood and Italian flavors, or the Freedom Square, where festivals and other events take place regularly. Poreč is also known as the party metropolis of Istria, with one of the largest discos in Croatia, the Byblos, attracting great DJs from all over the world.
In close proximity is the enchanting town of Novigrad. It's great for an enjoyable day trip, with its beautiful marina, charming cobblestone streets, and rustic stone houses. The city walls offer some breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea.
Looking for a beach day? The stunning Lanterna Beach is just a stone's throw away from the apartment. It offers crystal-clear water, sports activities, and several bars and restaurants for a complete sun-and-sea day experience.

Pure relaxation for the whole family
We had an incredibly relaxing vacation here. The pool was a dream, and the beautiful, well-maintained lawn provided plenty of space for the kids to play. While the little ones were busy, we adults could finally unwind and enjoy the peace. The surrounding area offers many options for excursions, but often we just wanted to stay here and enjoy our time as a family. A perfect place to escape from everyday life!

Perfect place for relaxed evenings with friends
This accommodation absolutely thrilled us! The house is stylish and comfortable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. During the day, we explored the surroundings, but we enjoyed the peaceful evenings the most. After a long day, there was nothing better than grilling together or preparing a quick meal and then sitting on the terrace by the pool, chatting and making plans for the next day. A perfect place for an unforgettable time with friends!

Perfect for families with children!
We had a wonderful family vacation! The house is beautiful, with a great garden and plenty of space for the kids to play. The pool was definitely the absolute highlight – the kids didn’t want to get out at all! During the day, we explored the surrounding area and even took a trip to Istralandia, which was a huge fun for the kids. The location is ideal, you can do a lot, but also just relax. Absolutely recommended for families!

Diese Unterkunft hat uns absolut begeistert! Das Haus ist stilvoll und komfortabel, das gesamte Anwesen wunderschön gepflegt. Tagsüber haben wir die Umgebung erkundet, aber am meisten haben wir die ruhigen Abende genossen. Nach einem langen Tag gab es nichts Besseres, als gemeinsam zu grillen oder eine schnelle Mahlzeit zuzubereiten und dann auf der Terrasse am Pool zu sitzen, zu plaudern und Pläne für den nächsten Tag zu schmieden. Ein perfekter Ort für eine unvergessliche Zeit mit Freunden!

Wir haben hier einen unglaublich entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Der Pool war ein Traum, und der wunderschöne, gepflegte Rasen bot den Kindern viel Platz zum Spielen. Während die Kleinen beschäftigt waren, konnten wir Erwachsenen endlich mal abschalten und die Ruhe genießen. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, aber oft wollten wir einfach nur hier bleiben und die Zeit als Familie genießen. Ein perfekter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen!
Für Familien mit Kindern einfach perfekt!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub! Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit einem tollen Garten und viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen. Der Pool war natürlich das absolute Highlight – die Kids wollten gar nicht mehr raus! Tagsüber haben wir die Umgebung erkundet und sogar einen Ausflug nach Istralandia gemacht, was für die Kinder ein Riesenspaß war. Die Lage ist ideal, man kann viel unternehmen, aber auch einfach entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien!
