Private domain with luxury villa and panoramic views Extremely spacious holiday villa on 10,000 m² of private land with stunning panoramic views of Moraira and the surrounding area. This spacious villa for 8 people has been recently refurbished with all modern comforts after an extensive renovation in early 2019. A large part of the grounds is laid out as a garden and the large, spectacular pool borders the upper terraces of the upper floor of the house, from where you can enjoy unrestricted views of the vast vineyards, the village of Moraira and the coast of the Costa Blanca. The pool was fitted with a completely new and automatic cover system with solar panels in early 2020 (which warms the water by a further 5 degrees). An electric pool heater is also available as an option. On this level there is a separate guest toilet and the living room with large dining table, open kitchen and TV corner with fireplace. This lovely space is completely open plan with sliding glass windows to the covered terraces. The open plan kitchen has all the luxuries including a Smeg 5-pit stove, LG American fridge, Bosch dishwasher, oven and microwave. It is located next to the outdoor kitchen with a built-in Smeg electric grill and deep fryer. This part of the covered terrace offers space for many leisurely meals. On the same floor is also the 1st large bedroom with bathroom, a king size bed (180 x 200 cm), a dressing room, a large bathroom with bath, a level shower, a double washbasin and a toilet. The ground floor can be reached via the stairs, where the other three bedrooms are located. Each room has access to the ground floor terraces through sliding windows. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, a separate sitting area, a dressing room and a large bathroom with double basin, bath / shower and WC. The 3rd bedroom also has a king size bed, a dressing room and a separate bathroom with basin, shower and WC. The 4th bedroom can be furnished with 2 single beds or a king size bed. This room is slightly more compact but has a built in wardrobe and a separate bathroom with basin, shower and WC. There is also a utility room and laundry room with washing machine and iron. There is an outside shower by the pool and the terraces are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens which surround the villa to the side and rear. A natural petanque court has been built on a higher part and the villa has parking on two levels that can easily accommodate several cars. The driveway is closed via an electric entrance gate.

The following cancellation policy applies: If cancellation occurs after signing the contract, a cancellation fee of 10% is charged. If cancellation occurs within 60 days before the start of the contract, 50% of the total rent is charged. In case of a no-show, the full agreed amount (minus the cleaning costs and security deposit) is charged.

Moraira, once a small fishing port, is now a tourist and fashionable resort with well-kept streets and squares where you can enjoy pleasant walks and shopping in winter thanks to the blessed climate. Cosy terraces, bars and of course delicious restaurants. The Spanish atmosphere of old Spain can still be felt here: just visit the historic castle and the watchtower "El Castillo" which used to serve as protection against pirates. You will also find a large marina sheltered between the cliffs of Cap Blanc and Punta de Moraira. You can grab your own fresh fish in the morning at the nearby fish auction! Beaches The coast alternates between rocky headlands and wonderful, child-friendly sandy beaches that slope very gently. The beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag for clean and clear sea water. The largest beach L'Ampolla, near the centre, see also map Moraira, is at the foot of the old 'castillo'. There is a playground, beach supervision, a restaurant and parking. Another recommendation is the sandy beach of El Portet, with a modest boulevard, some restaurants and terraces. It is the best protected beach in the area and you can therefore enjoy the sun all year round, even in winter, by the rushing sea, possibly with a drink on a terrace. There is also Plajetas beach, and nearby you will also find large and beautiful sandy beaches with wide and lively boulevards such as in Calpe, Javea and the well-known resort of Benidorm. Activities In the village there is a modern marina with water sports such as sailing, water skiing, diving and fishing. Other possibilities are: Boat hire, karting, horse riding, golf, squash, basketball and bowling, a funfair in the evening and there is also a disco for the little ones.
