The holiday flat is located on the third floor of the house. The flat consists of three rooms and is 56 sqm.
A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen,
a large comfortable bathroom (shower, washing machine)
and a bedroom, A small balcony (with garden furniture) allows you to enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and, for example, have a cosy breakfast in the fresh air in the first sunshine of the day.
The spaciousness of the living area makes even a longer stay in the accommodation a pleasant part of the holiday, as you do not feel cramped so quickly.
A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self-catering.

In the bedroom there are two single beds, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
In the living room, which also serves as a second bedroom, there are two sofas with a sleeping function.

A large TV with the most important German and Polish channels and a stereo system do not allow for boredom in the flat either.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in a flat house in the direct vicinity of the promenade and beach and is quiet and only a few minutes away from all the important places of the great sandy beach and the Wolin National Park are only a few steps from the house. Miedzyzdroje/Misdroy is the most important holiday resort on the island of Wolin with very beautiful sandy beaches. Since 1850, the fishing village has developed into a fashionable spa. There is a very good range of accommodation for international guests - from private rooms to modern 4-star hotels. The town offers many leisure and sports facilities. The Wolin National Park surrounds the town. Every year in July, a large film festival takes place in the town. This is also commemorated by the Promenada Gwiazd, the promenade of stars with handprints of famous actors and directors. in 2006, the pier was extended and there is a regular excursion service to some German seaside resorts on Usedom.

Top Lage
Very beautiful holiday apartment, great location, nice and quiet. Beach is 400m to the left (access B) and to the right (access A), but very rocky, otherwise right on the promenade. Small store for bread about 50m away. View of the Baltic Sea. We will gladly come back and the price is great.

Spacious flat with very good location
Clean, spacious flat with a view of the Baltic Sea. You don't live in the noise, around the corner is the promenade street. (Nevertheless quiet location). The beach is only 5 minutes away. You can park in the closed car park.
Friendly landlord who is always available by phone or Whats App. Organisation in advance and on arrival (handing over the keys) worked wonderfully.
All in all, only to be recommended
You have to deal with the weather yourself.

Spontaneous short holiday
The flat is very clean, well and comfortably furnished. It makes you feel good. We would be happy to recommend it to others
Misdroy is definitely worth a visit thanks to its fantastic parks and the national park. We were there for the first time and are delighted with the cleanliness of the place and the flat.
