Description

The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2018, was renovated in 2021, and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is also popular for its sea view and its quiet hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Masons. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Special
Air conditioning, underfloor heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-October, 3 m x 7 m, 1.4 m deep).

Shopping 900 m (in winter 2 km), restaurant 300 m, town centre 2.2 km. For a relaxing holiday, a car is recommended. Railway station in Fiume 44 km. Cinema in Krk 14 km. In summer: Swimming opportunity 300 m in Malinska (beach 300 m in Malinska with pebbles). Water sports facilities, boat hire each 3 km in Malinska. Dog beach in Porat 2.6 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and leads over an external staircase directly into the kitchen-diner.
Ground floor: Living room (walk-through room) with sitting area, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 sunbeds). Kitchen with (induction stove), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby cot. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

House rules
The organisation of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, babycot, internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay.
