The detached villa, built in 2020, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and courtyard.
