The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1990, renovated in 2010, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday flat is located on a 150 sqm open garden plot with flowers. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bathroom (5 sq m, unheated) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
