Description
This beautiful and spacious apartment has an area of approximately 120m² and can accommodate eight persons. The apartment is located on the third floor. There is no elevator. The living room has a sofa bed. From your balcony (45m²) you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and Italian coffeemaker. There are three bedrooms in total, two furnished with double beds and the third with two single beds. There are two bathrooms both equipped with a sink, toilet and bidet. One bathroom has a bathtub the other a shower. This house is comfortable and modernly furnished and has central heating, air-conditioning, a safe, burglar alarm and TV with satellite connection.

Location and surroundings of object
Guests of the complex can use the beautifully landscaped pool with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Facilities of the complex also include a private garden with outdoor furniture and a private beach. If you would like to bring your own boat, there is a buoy where you can moor your boat. Upon request it is possible to reserve breakfast and / or lunch or dinner.
The complex is located in the municipality of Brenzone, in the province of Verona, in northern Italy. It is just a short distance from the villages of Castelletto, with its small port, and Assenza, from where you have a wonderful view of a small romantic island. The other villages of Brenzone (Biaza, Campo, Castello, Magugnano, Marrniga, Porto and Sommavilla) lie against the slopes of Monte Baldo. Along the winding, steep road time seems to have stood still. And for nature lovers, a trip to the top is definitely recommended. It is also possible to reach Monte Baldo via a rugged and rocky ride through a fascinating landscape from Magugnana and Assenza. It is a wonderful journey, however, experience driving on narrow and steep trails is required!
Brenzone comprises a number of hamlets partly on the lake (Castelletto, Marniga, Magugano, Porto and Assenza) and partly on the lower slopes of Mount Baldo (Biasa, Fasor, Boccino, Venzo, Castello, Zignago, Borago, Pozzo, e Sommavilla.
Campo, a fascinating hamlet of the middle age in midden of olive grows, and in the mountains Prada.
Surroundings
This holiday complex is quiet and situated away from the mass tourism of Lake Garda. The location also makes it an excellent starting point for visiting many nearby villages and cities. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy activities such as swimming, windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing, climbing, paragliding, horseback riding along trails, tennis, mountain biking, hiking and canoeing. The famous sailing center of CNB Castelletto is located near the complex. There are also many local markets held regularly in the vicinity. You can easily make trips to Monte Baldo or Gardaland from here. By car you can easily reach the city of Verona and opera lovers can visit fine Renaissance cities like Mantua, Padua and Vicenza - even Venice!
