Description
The house is situated on a beautiful lot with an unobstructed 180° westerly view of the Aegean.
Olive trees on the property are some of the most beautiful and oldest on the entire island – up to 1,000 years old!
There is a large garden with a variety of fruit trees.
The villa was built with materials and architectural features of traditional houses on Skopelos.
With no immediate neighbors, there is a feeling of privacy.
Bedrooms: On the main level there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds, the other with a double. On the lower level there is one large open plan room with three single beds. The lower level is reached by an external staircase. Each room has its own independent air conditioning unit.
Bathrooms: There is a large family bathroom on the main level with a shower / bath. There is a second bathroom on the lower level with shower.
Living room, Kitchen & Dining table: The open plan living area on the main floor includes the kitchen, indoor dining table and living room. This beautiful space has extra large windows and a glass door providing amazing views of the port of Loutraki and the Aegean sea from indoors, in any weather.
Kitchen: The open kitchen is well appointed with custom made cabinetry. The equipment includes electric stovetop & oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, double sink and good quality utensils & glassware.
Living Room: The living room area has a beautiful fireplace with two large sofas and a large comfortable single chair. There is a coffee table perfect for playing cards with the family.
Outside areas: There are numerous outside areas around the property to enjoy the spectacular views and nature of Skopelos.
Upper terrace: From the main floor living area there is direct access to the large upper terrace with spectacular uninterrupted westerly views towards Skiathos, Evia, Mount Pelion and Mount Parnassus.
The port of Loutraki is in easy view allowing the observation of the coming and goings of the various ferries serving Skopelos as well as the pleasure craft and local fishing vessels.
Lower terrace: The lower terrace is reached by an external stairway on the northwest side of the house or by walking down from the pool deck and through the garden. The views are equally stunning as those from the upper terrace.
Pool area: The pool and sun lounging area are on the same level as the main living area of the house with easy accessibility.
Parking: There is ample space for parking two vehicles on the property, inside the entrance gate.
Washing Machine: There is a clothes washing machine on the main floor, located in a cabinet in the hallway next to the bathroom.

Villa Panorama is located just outside the village of Glossa on the island of Skopelos in the small, beautiful settlement of Kato Klima. The property has no immediate neighbors and an unobstructed panoramic westerly view of the Aegean. In as little as 12 minutes, you can walk down to a pebble beach and the ruins of ancient Roman baths just outside the port of Loutraki.
The nearby town of Glossa can be reached in 8 minutes by car. The beautiful town has two supermarkets, bakeries and a butchery. There are also several restaurants, bars and shops.
The port of Loutraki can be reached in 12 minutes by car. There are several ferried a day with connections to Skiathos, Volos, Mantoudi.

| Any broken items should be replaced or paid for. Confirmation for a booking is made by paying a booking payment of an agreed sum, within 24 hours of verbal or written confirmation. The balance is paid ten weeks before arrival date. Late payments could result in the dates being re advertised. |
Cancellation terms:
- The first booking payment is not refundable. In case of cancellation, if made prior to eight weeks before arrival, the dates may be changed for similar dates with similar prices in that year or the following year. Cancellation made after ten weeks prior to arrival will result in all payments made being withheld and the property being re-advertised for the dates in question.
additional information:
The access road down to Kato Klima and the villa is narrow and steep. We would suggest that when renting a car, a 4x4 / AWD vehicle be requested. The road is only wide enough for one vehicle at a time. When two vehicles meet, it is normally easiest for the vehicle travelling upwards toward the main road to reverse back down to the nearest driveway and pull to the side to allow the downward travelling vehicle to pass.

Brigitta and I live just outside of Basel, Switzerland. Brigitta is originally from Freiburg, Germany. I am originally from the USA. We have always loved vacationing in the Mediterranean; France, Italy, Croatia and of course, Greece. A few years ago we came to Skopelos for a summer holiday and fell in love with the island. Its abundant greenery, beautiful beaches and coastline, arriving and departing by ferry and the amazing sunsets on the west side of the island. We feel very lucky to have found a property as beautiful as Villa Panorama. Our plans are to enhance the property, in small steps each year while maintaining it original authentic character. We enjoy the contact we have with our guests and sharing our experiences with vacationing on Skopelos. We hope you will come to Skopelos and to Villa Panorama.
