The holiday home has a fantastic location. The short walk to the long and wide beach via Sti 7 or Sti 8 is easy to manage. If you forget small items, you can get them at the shop in close proximity to the holiday home. The house has terraces on all sides and a large winter garden. Gas and charcoal grills were available, but unfortunately in very poor condition. We preferred not to use them. The whirlpool is good for use with 2 people and the sauna is very spacious. We can highly recommend the holiday home.

Recommendations: The house is actually a very nice and large house with a lot of potential. Realistically, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed (Attention: bring large fitted sheets!!! It is a mattress!!!). The additional sleeping places extend under the roof (which is actually very cozy) - here in the house itself, on 2 different high levels (which can only be reached by a steep ladder), certainly up to 6 people can fit, and in the annex (activity house) another 2 people. Unfortunately, the mattresses on these levels are super uncomfortable and partially full of holes - Dancenter itself says that without the owner's consent, unfortunately, no changes are possible. When we arrived, the house was quite dirty, especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The activity house is a great annex where billiards and table tennis are possible, and a sofa with TV invites you. Unfortunately, the billiard cues were also already very worn. The terraces and the winter garden are really nice and can be used flexibly. There is no clothesline or drying rack (although there is a washing machine and also a dryer). The swing is out of its anchorage and currently very dangerous for children. We reported everything to Dancenter - an employee was there - unfortunately, nothing happened by the time of departure. The location of the house is really nice. About 7-10 minutes walking distance to the beautiful beach. Opposite the Landal Park where you can use, for example, tennis, mini-golf, the sports hall, the mini-market (costs were manageable). Lokken, Rubjerg Knude, Hirtshals, and Aalborg are all nearby... Here we have done a lot. All in all, a great house with renovation needs and limited usability of the specified persons!

The holiday home is well planned and divided. Unfortunately, it is somewhat neglected and in some places not fully thought out or built. We really liked the large, wind-protected terrace with many garden furniture and sunny and shady spots throughout the day. The extension is large and beautiful, but open, so a lot of dirt collects, and we didn't use it at all because it is too cold in the evenings. The property is large, but very neglected and mostly overgrown. The rooms in the house are great and were very suitable for us. However, upon arrival, we had to clean quite a bit first. There were many crumbs in the kitchen drawers, and the pots and pans were partly in poor condition. The windows had many greasy fingerprints on the inside. There is a lot of dishware available. The location is very good, quiet, and sheltered from the wind; it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Recommendations: Bring a clothesline and wide bed sheets as there are only wide mattresses everywhere.

The house seemed long unused. Outside lay a collapsed tent with a soaked mattress inside. Inside the house, there were many large cobwebs. The windows were dirty, as was a kitchen appliance. The faucet in one of the bathrooms was very hard to turn, but it became easier after several uses. The house itself was beautiful, just unfortunately not well maintained.
