Location: In the Ore Mountains, on the edge of the very quiet village of Haj, approx. 18 km west of the world-famous spa town of Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad) and only approx. 15 km from the border with Germany , lies the holiday home. In the famous spa town of Karlovy Vary the famous international film festival takes place every July. You will find healing springs, a beautiful golf course and much more. The house is very quietly situated on a gentle hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding forests, meadows and village. You can enjoy absolute tranquillity and relax in the midst of the green landscape. Behind the house is a large meadow where the children can play football. There is also a trampoline available. The area is known for its beautiful landscape and spa resorts. Besides Karlovy Vary, these include Marianske Lazne and Frantiskovy Lazne, both only 45 km away. There are also other cultural and historical sights in the area, Loket Castle 15 km, Cheb Castle 38 km, Seeberg, Kynzvart Castles 30 km, Sokolov 12 km and Becov 38 km. The surroundings also offer good conditions for hiking, cycling or starting points for various trips. Here are some tips for trips with children: "Bohemium" - the world of miniatures in Marianske Lazne, tropical glass house "Motyli dum" (Butterfly House) near Frantiskovy Lazne, to a European rarity the nature reserve SOOSder near Cheb, amusement park in Plohn/ Germany, the torture chamber at Loket Castle

Bathroom with shower and toilet, second separate toilet. Upstairs there is a small hall, another toilet and three bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, the second bedroom with a double bed and two is continuous to the third bedroom with a double bed and a folding couch (extra bed for 2 persons). There is central heating in the cottage, in addition you can also heat with the fireplace. The property is not fenced and has a small gazebo, garden furniture, barbecue, XXL trampoline, sandpit and swing. There is internet access in the house (WiFi). absolutely recommendable
we spent a week with two dogs in the house and it was wonderful!all around only field and mountains,the dogs could run the whole day outside and the kind of the people is not to be compared with the kind of the Germans!!!so nice and so helpful,we all can take a leaf out of their book!!next year we go 100% again in this house !!!!

New Year's Eve 2016/2017
We spent 8 days in this beautiful holiday home and we have to say that there was nothing to complain about.
The kids found the play corner very nice and so we as parents could enjoy a glass of wine in front of the warm fireplace ( GOLDWERT ).
We were a total of 6 adults and 2 kids.
We were also very surprised by the size of the house and we think it is more than 120 sqm. The huge living room with fireplace , pool table , mini bar and TV is fantastic .
The bathrooms are of sufficient size and very clean, as is the entire house.
The nice big dining room is wonderful for eating together .
The landlord is very nice and offered us help if we needed it
He cleared the entire path from the road to the house and even in front of it with the help of a snow blower. ( It snowed in masses from 02.01.2017 )
We can definitely recommend this holiday home
And we are already looking forward to the next time , again in winter .

We spent a few great days in this beautiful holiday home. It is a beautiful, very clean and well-maintained house, which immediately created a feel-good atmosphere. The house is surrounded by a large property with a green meadow. The children were able to let off steam on the lawn and on the entire property. .
The house is very nicely and lovingly furnished. There are very clean sanitary facilities on each floor. A nice children's play corner was also thought of. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. In the very large living area there is a beautiful fireplace, which makes a pleasant warmth. You can spend sociable hours together, play billiards, watch TV or just be by yourself
The holiday home is highly recommended, the price-performance ratio is right. The landlords, who live nearby, are very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely come again, this time for a longer time, so that we can also enjoy the peace and absolute privacy more. Then we will also make more use of the many possibilities for excursions, hikes and sporting activities in the immediate vicinity.

Very gladly again
A very nice holiday home in the Erzgebirge. Perfect starting point for hikers. Offers for cross-country skiers and downhill skiers nearby. Problem-free contact with the landlords and nice contact person on site.
