Description
Each house half offers space for 2-7 people on a total of approx. 100m² living space.
The highlight of each house is its own sauna in the spacious bathroom with shower. There you can relax and unwind after long walks along Fehmarn's coasts. Your holiday with us becomes an individual wellness experience.
On the ground floor of the house, there is an additional shower room and a bright bedroom with a double bed. The spacious, open and fully equipped kitchen with eye-level oven leaves nothing to be desired. The light fronts paired with the dark worktop and the rustic handles create the modern country house look. The large oak dining table ensures a cosy get-together for the whole family. The modern yet rustic furniture offers an inviting country house character.
The large windows in the living area offer a view of the meadows and fields of Fehmarn, which you can enjoy both from the kitchen and from the cosy living room corner with flat screen TV.
From the hallway, you can reach the upper floor via the beautiful open solid wood staircase. There you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with three single beds. Both rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables for each bed. The spacious bathroom with attached sauna and view of the courtyard completes the offer.
And if the little ones get soaked while playing, that's no problem either. Each house has its own washing machine, which can be used free of charge.
When the temperatures drop, underfloor heating in the entire house ensures warm feet and no slippers.
All bedrooms and the hallway on the upper floor have real wood flooring. The living and dining areas, as well as the hallway, are fitted with modern, easy-care tiles in a wood look. The bathroom impresses with its anthracite-coloured floor and light-coloured walls.
You will find a parking space for your car directly or close to the house, so that the distances remain short. The W-LAN can also be used free of charge.
Relax on your own terrace with an unobstructed view and breathe the refreshing Baltic Sea air.
Romping, trampolining or petting animals - there is always something going on for children here! On our beautiful courtyard with large garden, the little ones can romp around to their heart's content while the grown-ups relax on the terrace.
Whether guinea pigs and rabbits, ducks or chickens. They all look forward to visitors and the daily feeding ritual.
The playground is the heart of the farm and offers the small guests the largest sandpit in Fehmarn. Apart from the island's great sandy beaches, of course. There they can shovel and dig to their heart's content and imaginatively build a beach castle.
In the mud kitchen, the most delicious cakes are baked and elaborate menus created
Maybe you'd like to conquer the little sailing boat and set sail. The climbing frame ensures that even the little climbing monkeys get their money's worth and have lots of fun.
And if you don't feel like running around, you can pamper the animals on the farm in peace and quiet. The rabbits and guinea pigs are always happy to be petted or to have a snack in between.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday farm is located on the edge of Gammendorf and offers plenty of space in every direction.
On the large farm grounds, the little ones can romp around and happily discover the world of the farm. Between our cute petting animals, such as guinea pigs, rabbits and chickens, or during a speedy ride with the kettcars across the farm, all children's eyes will light up. In the play barn, new friendships are made and a little ride on the wooden horses is dared
In the meantime, parents can simply relax in one of the beach chairs with a nice book and let the unobstructed southern view wander over their own adjacent fields.

Very nice house, quiet location, nice and helpful landlords. Very nice play area for small children.
