Booked with the description that the jacuzzi would be present. Arrived, no jacuzzi!! Called Belvilla and contacted the owner, they would check it. Luckily, I made a screenshot of the site so I would have proof, and that was a good thing! 2 days after my call, I was not called back and the text on the site was adjusted. Sent a complaint email, no response, called 2 more times, still no response!!! However, this is not all the fault of the host of the house itself, but especially of Belvilla!! To this day, I have not heard anything more from Belvilla, which I honestly find really bad!! They know how to reach me when they want me to book a new vacation, review this vacation, etc., but responding to my complaint is a no-show!

Very nice house where everything was really arranged. There were several coffee machines, something for everyone. Beds made. Dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, everything was present! The owner was super friendly and if there was anything, you could just message. The only thing is that it is not really convenient for people who are a bit less mobile. The stairs down are not really easy and the bathroom with shower is downstairs.

Very cozy and comfortable house, makes you feel really at home. You'll find space and everything you need in a clean environment. Also pleasantly furnished and decorated. We had a very nice stay there. We were also able to enjoy a beautiful garden despite rainy winter days. It should be gorgeous in the spring/summer season. The winter garden is also lovely. Very kind and helpful owners. 10/10

The house was very large and complete. Everything you need is present. The owner is very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. It is located in a little village on a quiet road. The garden is very large, with lots of places to enjoy the sun and dog friendly. Only minor issue is the fact that the bathroom is located in the basement, while the bedrooms are at the top floor. At the top floor is also a pretty good size bathroom, but no shower. Not a problem, but a bit illogical. We had a lovely stay and visited a lot of nice places.

Very good! The experience of the stay (the week) was not fantastic because of the weather, which was not the house. The house was nice and attractive. Tastefully cared for and clean. Excellent beds, nice bedroom(s), well-equipped kitchen with all amenities, and a very cozy living room with many cozy seating areas and a nice wood-burning fireplace. Beautiful large garden, but due to the changeable weather we have made little use of it. The dog could run around in the enclosed garden. Lots of privacy. Beautiful hiking opportunities. We had a good time. Pleasant reception, very pleasant ending. Compliments to the owner.

Even when we indicated that we did not speak French, the owner did his utmost to speak to us in English. The only point of attention is a screen around the bath to take a nicer shower.

Had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful house with a great garden. Our dog also had a good time and could go about his business in the fully fenced large and sloping garden. Cooking for ourselves was important to us (due to a recent jaw surgery) and the kitchen was very complete and suitable for this. If we have to mention a critical point, it is the shower, which is not separate but in the narrow bath, which becomes a wet mess without a shower curtain or partition. We had beautiful weather and actually a lot of "home" in the garden to relax (unfortunately the temperature control of the jacuzzi was broken, but it is being worked on and the owner immediately apologized) and there are beautiful towns nearby to visit.

A lovely house in a beautiful setting. All comforts are available from a good kitchen, a fireplace, a BBQ to a Jacuzzi. Everything was in near mint condition and very clean. Beds seemed unused and were fresh, clean and neatly made. There was wood ready for the fireplace, coal for the BBQ and a bottle of Belgian beer. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. He really wants to please you. TV has plenty of channels, the conservatory has a nice pond and there are plenty of seating areas and places outside. It is completely fenced so that you can also let your dog run free with peace of mind. In the evening or at night in the jacuzzi is wonderful, nice Christmas lights make it a small party. Are there any downsides? Yes a few. The games room and shower/WC being on the garage level is very cold. For darts, air hockey and table football you really need shoes or slippers. Also the shower / toilet there is somewhat spartan. The bathroom upstairs is really much better with bath and toilet. A shower curtain would be nice to reduce splashing. Bakker is at the bottom of the hill and within 10 minutes you are in Vielsalm or Trois Ponts. Summarized; an ideal place for a family with (max 4) children (+ Baby) to relax. So highly recommended.

We stayed the first week of October in this house with our dog and we had a great time. The house is very spacious and has a very complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 2 bedrooms with enough beds for 6 adults and 1 baby. The garden is amazing, it is very big with plenty of space to play with our dog and enjoy the nice weather, we can imagine that in summer it is a great place to barbecue and enjoy the jacuzzi. The location of the house is nice, located in a small, quite village and about a 10 minutes drive away from bigger towns with multiple restaurants and supermarkets. From the house you can reach many great hikes within 30 minutes drive or less. The host was also very kind and received us warmly, he was always available for questions via whatsapp so the communication was great. All in all it was a great stay and we definitely recommend staying here!

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad. Het huis ligt rustig, maar centraal, ideaal om vele uitstapjes te maken. Het huis is zoals omschreven, met veel gemak en voorzieningen. De eigenaar ontving ons hartelijk en gaf ons netjes een rondleiding door het huis. Er is van alles aanwezig, van wat koffie tot schoonmaakmiddelen. Ook voor haardhout was gezorgd en werd extra gebracht toen wij daar om vroegen. Het klopt wel dat het sanitair beneden wat vernieuwd mag worden, maar wij maakten eigenlijk alleen gebruik van de badkamer boven. Verder heeft het huis een heerlijke tuin waar onze hond lekker vrij kon rennen. Wij hebben daar ook nog even in het winterzonnetje kunnen genieten van een lokaal biertje, dat de eigenaar voor ons had klaargezet. Dus al met al een aanrader!

He really wants to please you. TV has plenty of channels, the conservatory has a nice pond and there are plenty of seating areas and places outside. It is completely fenced so that you can also let your dog run free with peace of mind. In the evening or at night in the jacuzzi is wonderful, nice Christmas lights make it a small party. Are there any downsides? Yes a few. The games room and shower/WC being on the garage level is very cold. For darts, air hockey and table football you really need shoes or slippers. Also the shower / toilet there is somewhat spartan. The bathroom upstairs is really much better with bath and toilet. A shower curtain would be nice to reduce splashing. Bakker is at the bottom of the hill and within 10 minutes you are in Vielsalm or Trois Ponts. Summarized; an ideal place for a family with (max 4) children (+ Baby) to relax. So highly recommended.

A beautiful house, fully furnished and with a beautiful garden which is very suitable for a dog. Not very suitable if you have difficulty walking. The environment is perfect, the most beautiful part of the Ardennes. worthy of a big compliment.

We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful, very well-equipped villa (including a large equipped kitchen and a beautiful games room) and surrounded by a large, well-appointed fenced garden. The owner welcomed us very warmly and gave us advice on the shops we were interested in. The villa is located halfway between Vielsalm and Trois-Ponts and is an ideal place for taking walks in this beautiful region.

Enjoyed wonderfully! Beautiful house and beautiful large garden where the dog has been able to run around. Super welcoming and nice owner. Even when we indicated that we did not speak French, the owner did his utmost to speak to us in English. The only point of attention is a screen around the bath to take a nicer shower.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation in Vielsalm. The house is tastefully furnished and offers many extras. The large garden on the hillside, which cannot be looked into, is particularly worth mentioning. We can recommend this property. :-)

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad. Het huis ligt rustig, maar centraal, ideaal om vele uitstapjes te maken. Het huis is zoals omschreven, met veel gemak en voorzieningen. De eigenaar ontving ons hartelijk en gaf ons netjes een rondleiding door het huis. Er is van alles aanwezig, van wat koffie tot schoonmaakmiddelen. Ook voor haardhout was gezorgd en werd extra gebracht toen wij daar om vroegen. Het klopt wel dat het sanitair beneden wat vernieuwd mag worden, maar wij maakten eigenlijk alleen gebruik van de badkamer boven. Verder heeft het huis een heerlijke tuin waar onze hond lekker vrij kon rennen. Wij hebben daar ook nog even in het winterzonnetje kunnen genieten van een lokaal biertje, dat de eigenaar voor ons had klaargezet. Dus al met al een aanrader!

A friendly welcome by the owner, with a tour of the entire house. The rooms were very neatly cleaned and the beds were made. Certainly enough space for luggage, clothing and bathroom items. Everything was provided with the necessities that we were allowed to use. Garage is a plus, especially with warm temperatures. Spacious, well-maintained garden. Presence of washing machine and washing line is an advantage (bring your own clothespins). Pleasant, quiet environment.
