Very well-equipped accommodation with a nice sauna, very clean, with extra attentive care through a large stock of towels, bathrobes and shampoos, etc. like in a hotel. Very friendly owner and reception. However, it is not a detached house as indicated by Belvilla. The owners live in the other part of the semi-detached house. Little privacy outside. Beautiful surroundings, and many beautiful walks from the house. We missed easy garden chairs for after the walks.

Our experience in the holiday home was quite average. While the amenities were decent, such as the gym and the spacious living room, it lacked charm. It is a good place if you are just looking for a base to explore the region, but we found it not as cozy as we had hoped. The location is convenient for visiting local attractions, although

We had some traffic problems, which caused us to arrive later than planned. We called the owners to let them know we would be late, which was not a problem. Friendly people and a very cozy house, definitely a place we want to return to.

Very friendly landlords, always responded quickly to inquiries, suggestions were positively received, the equipment was excellent with pots, pans, and dishes, well-decorated, felt warmly welcomed, towels were abundantly available, bed linen was provided, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets as well as washing machine tablets were available, thank you very much.

The owners are v friendly and helpful with good communication The house is in a sleepy village half way between Monschau and Malmedy, close to Butgenbach, so lots of great walking/cycling. The property was v clean, cosy with internet access, private off road parking The kitchen is well equipped and my wife loved a soak in the bath in a warm bathroom There is a tv with a set top box This is our second stay and will book agai Five stars! Very clean and spacious house. Key collection was easy and reception was very friendly. Checkout was also easy. The garden was well maintained. A bonus was the barbecue, which was not shown on the pictures. Unfortunately we were missing some barbecue tools. Although there is room for eight people to sleep, the sofa and tables are to small to comfortably let eight people sit. Likewise, there are only two garden chairs and a small bench... not enough for eight people to sit in the garden. Up to six people would be comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I can recommend the house for smaller groups or families.
