This beautiful holiday home with a private swimming pool, spa, and sauna is set on a natural plot of approximately 1,200 m², just a short walk from the lovely sandy beach in Bøtø near Marielyst. Perfect for families or groups, the house provides the ideal setting for a relaxing seaside getaway. The house features four bedrooms with double beds, as well as a cozy loft with two extra mattresses. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bright living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump. After a day of fun in the pool, you can unwind in the spa or enjoy a warm sauna session. Outdoors, the property offers a sandpit and swing for children, along with both open and covered terraces furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is located in the heart of the charming Bøtø summer house area on Falster. If you are traveling with a larger group, the property is right next to DanCenter house no. 34779. Please note: Youth groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
