Renovated apartment in Feriecenter Rim Rømø where there are lots of common activities for both large and small. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a newer kitchen with dishwasher in open connection with the living room, where there is access to the terrace. In addition, there is a double bedroom and room with sofa bed and a nice bathroom with shower. In Feriecenter Rim there are many activity opportunities, including indoor and outdoor pool (seasonal), mini golf, tennis courts, ball courts and playgrounds. Short distance to shopping, restaurants, the Wadden Sea, Havneby with the maritime environment and the wide Rømø Sønderstrand. There are only approx. 100 m to 18-hole golf course. There are good shopping opportunities and opportunities to walk along the harbor and down by the Wadden Sea. The atmosphere at the harbor is unique, there are several fish restaurants, small shops and of course you can follow the activity of the fishing boats, which mostly land North Sea prawns. Rømø is known for its kilometer-long and wide sandy beaches with opportunities for many different leisure activities such as kitesurfing, beach sailing, kite flying and beach volleyball. Not for rent to youth groups.

According to the description, the holiday home was recently renovated, but there was no sign of that. There were so many defects, in and around the house. - the 2 bbq's were rusted, so you could not prepare meat on it and 1 bbq had the leg broken, so it was certainly not usable - there were 4 garden chair cushions , so you think there are 4 garden chairs, but unfortunately 1 garden chair.When I sat on it I finally fell through, seat was torn in half - mattress on the bunk bed was torn and with broken filling - roller blind on the front door with a large The permanent stain grate of the shower drain had collapsed, dangerous if you stood on it you could have fallen through it. The double bed was only 1.40 meters wide and when one turned around, the other also rocked back and forth. size of the beds are stated on the Belvilla site? Dishwasher was very small, there was little room for dishes.
