The detached villa is furnished in a modern style typical of the region. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Drivenik. The villa is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late October, 8 m x 12 m, 1.5 m deep).

Kitchen in the living room with TV, dining area (8 seats), gas stove, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
