The natural stone finca is located amidst idyllic scenery with panoramic views over the sea, mountains, Finestrat, and the famous mountain Puig Campana. The area is considered a climatic health zone.
The holiday home has a sunlit living room, a spacious dining room, a large well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 guest bathroom. On the large pool terrace, there is a barbecue house with a counter as well as a covered terrace, various seating areas, outdoor shower, pool. The finca is located on a 6000 sqm plot, completely fenced in, with a magnificent palm garden as well as various covered and uncovered panoramic terraces surrounding the pool.

The natural stone finca is located on the outskirts of Finestrat a beautiful still original village on the Costa Blanca the white coast. Here you have at a short distance the sea, beautiful sandy beaches, small bays and the mountains that invite you to take beautiful walks in a still almost untouched nature.
From the holiday house you can make numerous excursions. Guadalest is a mountain village with a fortress at the foot of an emerald green lake.
Altea with its beautiful old town, Calpe with its landmark the rock Peñon de Ifach, Callosa to the waterfalls, Alicante with its castle and Rambla, Benidorm with water park, Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura Zoo, Mundomar dolphin show, as well as Valencia Parque Oceanografico the largest aquarium in Europe.

Beautiful finca in a quiet secluded area
We had a very nice stay with the Brenner family.
The finca is located away from all the hustle and bustle of Benidorm, offering a beautiful view all day long. You can enjoy hiking or relax undisturbed by the pool the whole day, and all attractions or shopping options are quickly reachable by car.
The only downside was the large bed, which always moved apart during the night. And the bed linen and the blankets that came with it.
Otherwise, everything you need for a relaxing holiday was provided. The children also had fun and could collect their Easter eggs in the large and beautiful garden.
All in all, simply TOP!!!

Beautiful finca in a secluded location
Magnificent view of the valley in an optimal south-west position. Quiet location in a unique mountain world.
Shopping can be done by car in 20 min
Plenty of space around the finca. Ideal also with dogs. Heating in winter top.
Gladly again !!!
