Description

Within walking distance of the dunes (10 minutes), the beach and the vibrant city centre of Renesse (20 minutes) lies this beautifully furnished, completely renovated holiday home. The beach is only five minutes away by bike. During the high season, you can also use the free electric beach bus. In the fully enclosed garden you can enjoy the sun undisturbed all day.

The living room is very tastefully furnished with a seating area. There is SMART TV where you can receive NETFLIX (via your own account) and a variety of German channels. From the living room you enter the large, partially covered terrace with a garden group and a cozy lounge corner (not yet on the photo). Thanks to the beautiful outdoor lighting, you can also relax here in the evening with a good glass of wine. To end the day in style, a barbecue is at your disposal.

The open-plan kitchen is generously equipped with, among other things, an induction hob, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The dining area, just off the kitchen, seats four people.

The two bedrooms have two luxury single beds (box spring). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with a rain shower and bathroom furniture. There are plenty of wardrobes. The house has a separate toilet.

There is central heating and free wifi. There is parking on your own property. There is a lockable garden shed in the garden with the washing machine and dryer.

Location and surroundings of object

Near the park Horizon is a supermarket (approx. 400 m.), which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh bread rolls and newspaper in the morning. For the smaller children there is a playground at Park Horizon. The park is a stone's throw away from the nature reserve De Vroongronden. Here you can enjoy cycling through a wild dune landscape, surrounded by wild cattle, horses and deer.

The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for all kinds of water sports (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.
