Description

Our holiday home is situated on a large garden plot that borders directly on the Oberuckersee, a jetty and a rowing boat are at your disposal. Swimming and fishing are possible from the jetty. On the ground floor (approx. 35 m²), the holiday flat has a living room with seating area, dining table, satellite TV and a modern open-plan fitted kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, electric cooker and microwave, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and bathroom with shower and WC.
For the little ones or young-at-heart adults there is a sleeping loft (approx. 15m² and 1.40 m high) which you can reach via a staircase.
A large terrace, which you can access from the living room, invites you to relax and enjoy the sun from morning until late afternoon. From here you have a wonderful view of the lake.
The car parking space belonging to the holiday flat offers space for 1 vehicle. A sunbathing lawn is located directly at the lake.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located in the centre of the village in the rear, quiet part of a large garden plot. The lakeshore is only about 60 m away.
Seehausen is an idyllic village in the centre of the Uckermark and is nestled between the two Ucker lakes which are connected by a natural watercourse. In the summer months, Seehausen is much appreciated by many guests as a holiday resort, but it also has its charms in the colder months of the year. You can find peace and relaxation here, but you can also do a lot if you want to. Thanks to the good transport connections, the village is easy to reach by train or car.
In the village you will find a small hotel (breakfast possible) and a guesthouse with beer garden and café, as well as the monastery garden with snacks and homemade cakes. For shopping you can drive about 3 km to the neighbouring village of Potzlow or to the district town of Prenzlau.

Hiking and cycling tours are the best way to explore the charming landscape of the Uckermark; many partially signposted paths are available for this purpose.
But those who wish to travel the land on horseback also have the opportunity. Several riding stables are located in the immediate vicinity.
Many worthwhile excursion destinations await your visit; extensive brochures and maps can be found in the holiday apartment. Anglers receive their fishing permits directly from us, a rowboat is available to you free of charge, and you can rent an electric motor.
Swimming is possible via a bathing ladder at the house's own jetty; non-swimmers drive about 3 km to Quast. Here there is a small, idyllically located bathing beach, and your physical well-being is also taken care of.
You are also welcome to rent a paddle boat from us. The two Ucker lakes are connected by a natural watercourse and are perfect for a paddling tour. Water hikers can travel beyond the Ucker lakes all the way to the Szczecin Lagoon. Pets are not allowed here.
