Description

The 45sqm, allergy-friendly 2-room non-smoking holiday flat is located on the 1st floor.
Our living-bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed, two double sofas with side table and a large dining table with 4 chairs. On the wall is an Ambilight SAT-TV, which can be turned in any direction. From here you enter the balcony with east-south orientation, where you have a view of the Rosengrund and surroundings and can enjoy the morning sun until late afternoon. In the bedroom there are two single beds with extra length. In the separate kitchen you will find an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine and all utensils for daily use. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hand basin.
Wi-Fi and a spacious parking space at the house are free of charge. Bed linen and towels (linen package) can be booked for a fee. These costs are to be paid directly to the landlord. As this is an allergy-friendly holiday flat, pets are not allowed. We offer storage space for your bicycles.

Location and surroundings of object

The centre with its pedestrian zone and the immediate vicinity of the harbour can be reached after only 800m. The very well-maintained grassy beach with beach chairs for lazing about is also only an 8-minute walk away.
Sports facilities include: Bowling, surfing, carting, golfing, cycling, hiking, horse riding, tennis, athletics, skating, swimming, etc.
Explore the surrounding area by boat or on a sightseeing flight and enjoy nature in the unique landscape of Dithmarschen and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. Büsum is a national park municipality and a North Sea spa with over 150 years of tradition. With the tides constantly changing, you have the choice of bathing in the North Sea or enjoying the mudflats, which are so beneficial for your health. For even more health, the spa centre is open for you.
Kilometres of green grassy beaches, colourful cutters in the harbour, lighthouse and pier characterise the image of the place. Various events such as farmers' markets, cutter regattas, beach festivals, barbecue and chill evenings in the mudflats etc. offer a varied programme for young and old. In addition, the spa and tourism service offers spa concerts, mudflat walking with music, beach gymnastics, bike tours, harbour strolls, children's events, etc.
Young guests are also catered for, as a musical programme and concerts are often held on the sandy beach.
An 18-hole golf course of the Büsum-Dithmarschen Golf Club with public catering and good cycling opportunities and a nudist beach round off the programme. Other interesting offers include excursions by ship or a harbour tour.

additional information about rental price:

The price is for 2 persons, each additional child + 8,- EUR (up to 16 years), additional adults + 10,- EUR.
After successful booking, a deposit of 100,- EUR is due within one week, the remaining amount in cash on the day of arrival. The linen package (bed linen/towels) is not included in the rental price. If requested, it will be charged with 15 EUR p.p.. For short bookings (less than 7 nights) an extra charge of 50 EUR will be made. Arrival (16:00) and departure (10:00) is mainly possible on Saturday and Sunday, but also on weekdays. The guest cards (visitor's tax) are charged separately according to the tax regulations of the municipality of Büsum.

Arrival and departure:
By train, you can reach us by travelling via Hamburg to Heide and changing trains there in the direction of Büsum.
By car, take the A23 from Hamburg in the direction of Heide and leave it at the Heide-West junction in the direction of Büsum. In Büsum, follow the signs to Stadion/Sportanlagen and you will automatically find Rosengrund 20.
On the day of arrival, our flat is available to you from 16:00. On the day of departure we must ask you to leave the flat by 10:00 am. !! Important: Please call us before your arrival so that we can discuss the handover of the keys.

Small and Fine

Very nice and well-maintained holiday apartment with balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life, the bathroom is new and with a shower. The landlords are very nice and everything was very uncomplicated. The sea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. All in all, a nice holiday, with a great holiday apartment and nice landlords. Would love to come back!
