Description

New and modern architect-designed summer house with wireless internet access, located only 500 m from a child-friendly bathing beach
The summer house has 4 bedrooms, all with double bed and ample closet space
One bedroom, with separate toilet and bathroom, is located in the annex. The house has a 110 sqm wooden terrace, of which approx. 30 sqm are covered
Garden furniture is available. In the garden there is also a swing, a sandpit and a large trampoline.
The large bathroom has a floor heater, shower and a whirlpool for 2 persons.
The modern kitchen is open to the living room and has a convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer
The living room is modern and chic. 4 large wall windows and a light well provide pleasant light. For the cold days there is a modern built-in fireplace in the centre of the room. Wireless internet access, 32" flat screen TV, as well as CD and DVD player.
The floor consists of a pine wood plank and chic clinker. The ceilings are covered with plaster and slanted throughout. The annex consists of a utility room with washing machine, double carport and one with double bed including bathroom and toilet. High chair and cot are available.
House for 8 persons, plus one infant.

Holiday home for feeling good

We immediately fell in love with this spacious and modern house at first sight. So it was clear after just a few hours of stay that it would be booked again for the next year.
It impresses with its spacious living area and the many options to retreat when you need 5 minutes for yourself.

Our children loved the large trampoline and the playground that was just a few minutes' walk away. The large property was fully utilized for playing, hiding, and ball games.

Our second stay is already booked for next year.

Modern and neat

We booked the house for the second time and were thrilled again.
10 min walk to the sandy beach

It is modernly furnished and is constantly being renovated by the landlord. The children were particularly enthusiastic about the new trampoline
The house is very large and can be occupied by several adults.

We had very nice contact with the landlord and firewood was free

We will come again

Relaxing holiday week at the Baltic Sea

We were in Skovmose for the first time with 5 adults
The light-flooded house is very modern with lots of space and very comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing. The internet connection is very good and works constantly.
The house is close to the sandy beach and is very well maintained. Very practical is the cleverly designed unobtrusive walkway through the hedge to reach the disposal containers glass, paper, plastic, ect... super fast. to reach very quickly. The garden barbecue is also great.
The landlord was always available for us and gave us numerous tips for leisure activities.
We can recommend the house to everyone. Thank you Asger for the time...

Fantastic!!!

We had a lovely holiday week in a beautiful and cozy house. The landlord is very nice and was constantly in touch with us in writing.
The house is super clean and modernly furnished. Even on rainy days, we could relax in front of the fireplace.
The property is very large for the children, and the lawn is very well maintained. So, absolute gaming pleasure. The highlight for our children was seeing the in-ground trampoline. The beach, located 500m away, is very clean and beautiful.
Overall = fantastic!!!

Beautiful holiday with unfortunately little fish

Very nice, bright and very well equipped house, which is located in the immediate
To the very beautiful sandy beach
It is beautifully situated surrounded by a green hedge which encloses the property.
There is nothing missing in the house and on the terrace.
As we are holidaymakers in Denmark, we have already rented many holiday homes, but this one is the most beautiful with everything it has to offer.
And if you have problems of any kind, they are solved by the landlord as quickly as possible
by the landlord, who is always available.
We will definitely come back next holiday.

Not as good as expected

In the descriptions provided by other vacationers, it was mentioned that enough wood was provided for the stove, but we were only told where to buy wood. This was disappointing to me as I believe all guests should be accommodated. Additionally, the toilet was really yellow from urine, and the toilet seat urgently needed to be replaced. The trampoline outside was a real danger as the bars were not securely fastened. Due to an earlier departure, we tried to contact the landlord again but did not receive a response, which I found very unfortunate. All in all, it was a nice holiday home that offers plenty of space and is otherwise well-equipped.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie aufgrund der Beschreibung eines anderen Urlaubers zu dem Schluss gekommen sind, dass es Holz zur freien Verfügung gibt. Ich war mir nicht bewusst, dass Sie aus dieser Beschreibung denken, dass dies für alle gilt. Ich hätte das wahrscheinlich auch getan.
Ich bekomme ein paar Mal im Jahr Holz und schreibe immer im Mietvertrag, wenn Holz dabei ist. Der Grund, warum ich Ihnen kein Holz angeboten habe war, dass ich nichts hatte. Hätte ich etwas gehabt, hätten Sie es natürlich angeboten bekommen, aber wenn Sie bei ihrer Ankunft festgestellt hätten, dass Sie es anders verstanden haben, hätten wir definitiv eine Lösung gefunden.
Was die Toilette angeht, kann ich nichts erkennen, dass es gelb von Urin sein sollte. Auf keinen Fall. Aber wenn Sie denken, dass die Toilette bei Ihrer Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt wurde, kann ich das nur bedauern. Für meine Frau und mich ist es oberstes Gebot, dass das Haus immer sauber ist, wenn Gäste ankommen, deshalb wird das Haus immer von uns selbst vorbereitet.
Das Trampolin ist ein Standardtrampolin und sollte nicht angezogen werden, da es nur für Kinder bestimmt ist. Aber ich werde es durchgehen um sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist.
Sie schreiben auch, dass Sie bei Ihrer Abreise keine Antwort von mir erhalten haben. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich Ihre E-Mail nicht richtig wahrgenommen habe, so dass Sie keine Antwort verlangten, nur dass Sie einen halben Tag früher als geplant gefahren sind und dass der Schlüssel wie vereinbart deponiert wurde.
Am Ende freue ich mich jedoch, dass Sie schließlich anerkennen, dass es sich um ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus handelt. Wir versuchen mit unseren Ferienhäusern, unseren Gästen ein möglichst gutes Erlebnis zu bieten und wir betonen immer, dass wir "online" sind und sie müssen uns nur kontaktieren, wenn es irgendwelche Probleme gibt oder Sie nur Fragen haben. Ich finde es ärgerlich, dass Sie es nicht genutzt haben.
Ich hoffe Ihr Freund und Sie werden unser Haus wieder mieten, so dass ich den schlechten Eindruck, den Sie erhalten haben, löschen kann. Ich kann Ihnen garantieren, dass reichlich Holz zur Verfügung stehen wird. Mfg. A.Sundstrup

Plenty of space in absolute tranquility.

We were in Skovmose for the first time with 4 adults and 2 children. The landlord is very friendly and approachable, and always attentive to his guests. One of the children uses a wheelchair, and the house is well equipped for that as well. The furnishings and equipment are modern, beautiful, and well-maintained. The property is very large and suitable for games. The beautiful fireplace (plenty of wood available) is excellent for cooler evenings. In the annex, it would be desirable to have facilities for hanging clothes, bags, etc. Since we felt so comfortable, we would happily come back next year.

House and surroundings

As we were several in the house over the turn of the year, we were able to enjoy the fireplace wonderfully. Plenty of firewood available. We really liked the layout of the rooms in the house. Beach walks, a few nearby excursions such as the Kegnaes Peninsula, the town of Sonderborg, were quickly accessible by car and could be explored. When everything is green, the hilly landscape, the beach, and the terrace are certainly an even greater pleasure.

Great holiday home in a superb location.

We spent our autumn vacation with children and dogs in this great holiday home. It was a very nice, relaxing holiday. We were lucky with the weather and could also use the great garden, very well-kept, screened off by hedges, with a swing, sandbox, and a great trampoline, not just for children :-)
The location of the house is great, a bit secluded and very quiet. Ideal also for dog owners, great walking paths, a very beautiful sandy beach. The house is very modernly furnished, nothing is missing, lovely, spacious, bright holiday home. We were allowed to use firewood for free. The landlord speaks very good German, is very friendly and always available by phone or email for questions. We have been traveling to Denmark for years, this house was one of the best in terms of location, surroundings, child-friendly sandy beach, value for money, comfort, and appearance of the house. We would love to come back :-)
