Nach einer langen Fahrt brauchte ich etwas Ruhe und genau die habe ich hier gefunden. Die Unterkunft war sauber mit guter Heizung, außerdem half Netflix beim Entspannen vor dem Schlafengehen. Der Blick vom Balkon hat den Morgen noch angenehmer gemacht.

Uncomplicated for check-in and check-out. Egmond aan Zee is a lovely little town and worth a visit. The location of the apartment is really top-notch.

It started with the booking, an additional 195 euros, according to bestferienwohnung a deposit, but it was actually a final cleaning fee and laundry rental, as I found out after the transfer. Then we arrived after a long search and were in the dirtiest apartment we had ever been in. My first action was to clean the windows so that we could see the beautiful view. The windows had not been cleaned in ages. Unfortunately, there was also no toilet paper in the bathroom, but luckily we had some with us. To make matters worse, a person moved in above us who was born under the sign of the Camel. Vacuuming at 8:00 AM - we were wide awake in bed. You can't do anything about that, but it fit the vacation. We already left on Thursday and didn't dispose of our trash. I didn't want to deal with the Dutch waste disposal, and with a final cleaning fee of 140 euros, that's definitely included.

The apartment is located in a large apartment complex almost on the beach promenade. There is a sea view from the living room, and from the dining table, you look in the other direction at the lighthouse. The apartment is modern and lovingly furnished. You can find almost everything you need for a few relaxing days at the sea. However, it could use a thorough cleaning. I am not fussy, so it didn't bother me to clean the toilet, which unfortunately had not been cleaned. . . . I also cleared the shower drain of hair and grime after it almost overflowed while showering. If you take care of this great apartment regularly and properly, you can enjoy a relaxed and beautiful time by the sea. Mother and daughter with dog felt very comfortable here.

The apartment is wonderfully located. Unfortunately, it really needs to be cleaned properly in the corners. The windows could also be cleaned so that the very, very beautiful view of the beach and the sea can be enjoyed from the inside as well.

The accommodation should be completely cleaned. Especially in the kitchen cupboards. For an accommodation for 4 people there is also a lack of 4 complete glasses, cutlery etc.. The cooker is quite dirty.
