Cosy holiday flat for relaxing and enjoying time together with friends or family as well as for fitters. There is a terrace (terrace 1) with gas barbecue available. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, with max. 7 sleeping places. One double room and another room with double bed and 2 single beds. In the living-dining room there is another sofa bed and a single bed. This flat has 2 bathrooms, a shower room with a large bathtub and a smaller bathroom with a bathtub.
Object 2: Holiday home with separate fenced garden on the rear plot
50 m² with max. 7 sleeping places, heated pool from mid-April to mid-October
Our holiday home has been completely renovated, extended and refurnished in 2022. Here you will find 1 living-dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, terrace 2, the playground and access to the pool.
Bedroom 1: 1 massive double bunk bed, also for adults
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and a single couch
Living room: with pull-out sofa and thus further max.3 sleeping places

If the property is re-rented for the (partial) period specified in this contract, then the compensation will be limited to the difference between the rental price achieved from the new rental and the rental price from this contract.

Highly recommended
We had 5 wonderful days despite the bad weather, as the small but well-equipped holiday cottage with a large covered terrace ensured that we felt comfortable. The heated pool was the highlight for our grandchildren. A big thank you to the Horn family, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt at home.
