Marisa’s house is located in a large olive grove 1.5 km from the center of Malcesine and the promenade. 10 min walkway to the Monte Baldo cable car. The house has 2 apartments. An apartment on the ground floor of about 60 square meters with kitchen and living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower / WC, air conditioning. The 2nd apartment of about 80 square meters is spread over 2 floors with kitchen and living room on the ground floor with terrace, 2 bedrooms with double bed and one with two single beds on the 2nd floor with balcony.

We felt very comfortable at Casa Marisa. The apartment is super modern and located in this beautiful olive grove. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable. We swam in Lake Garda every day and in the evenings, our teenage children were delighted with the German TV programs. We didn't miss anything, and the hostess is very nice and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful week in Malcesine.

We felt completely comfortable.
We spent a week in this really nicely equipped holiday apartment. It is top modern, well-equipped kitchenette, even with a small freezer. A toilet on the lower floor where both the kitchen and the living room were located. Upstairs, the two beautiful bedrooms with a balcony, and then the bathroom. Everything super clean and well-maintained. In the evenings, we sat on the terrace downstairs. The apartment is located in an olive grove next to a hotel, which personally did not bother us at all - not even the arrival and waste collection (we had read a negative review that complained about this very issue, but in our opinion, that is whining at a high level). The landlady, who also lives on the property, welcomed us very, very warmly, after that we didn't see her again, but we knew that if there was anything, we could ask her without any problem. But that wasn't necessary at all, as everything in our opinion was and is top-notch. We can really recommend this vacation rental.
