The house Marisa is set in a large olive grove 1,5 km from the center of Malcesine and from the promenade. 10 min walkway to the Mount Baldo cableway. The house has 2 apartments. A ground floor apartment of about 60 square meters with kitchen and living room, 1 double and 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower / WC air conditioning on demand at a charge. The 2nd apartment of about 80 square meters is on 2 floors with kitchen and living room on the ground floor with terrace, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one with twin beds on the 2nd floor with balcony.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns im Casa Marisa sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist super modern ausgestattet und liegt in diesem wunderschönen Olivenhain.Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Wir waren täglich im Gardasee baden und abends waren unsere jugendliche Kinder hocherfreut überr das deutsche Fernsehprogramm. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert.Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Malcesine erlebt.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt
Wir waren eine Woche in dieser wirklich schön ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Sie ist topp modern, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sogar mit kleinwm Gefrierschrank. Eine Toilette im unteren Stock, wo sich sowohl die Küche als auch das Wohnzimmer befand. Im oberen Stock die beiden wunderschönen Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, dann noch das Badezimmer. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Unten haben wir abends auf der Terasse verweilt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Olivenhain, neben einem Hotel, welches uns persönlich überhaupt nicht gestört hat - auch nicht die Anreise und die Müllabfuhr (wir hatten eine Negativbewertung gelesen, die genau dieses mokierte - aber das ist unserer Meinung nach jammern auf hohem Niveau). Die Vermieterin, die auch auf dem Grundstück mitwohnt, hat uns sehr, sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen, danach haben wir sie nicht mehr gesehen, wußten aber, wenn irgendwas wäre, können wir ganz unproblematisch bei ihr anfragen. War aber gar nicht notwendig, da alles unserer Meinung nach topp war und ist. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen.
