Description

Vesterhavsbo is a bright and beautiful Kalmarhus of 76 kvm2 with all modern amenities. The house is constantly maintained and modernised.
The house has a new 60m2 wooden terrace in the spring with new garden furniture and deck chairs- so there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun

The house is also equipped with a fast and stable 100/100 MB wireless LAN, has 3 good bedrooms with a total of six beds in two rooms with 2 double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds.

The large, bright bathroom invites you to relax in with whirlpool, sauna and shower. The kitchen is very well equipped.
In 2015 the house got a new wooden floor in the living room and kitchen + a new SmartTV with Apple TV and Chromecast.

In front of the house, is a good playground for children with swing and sandbox.

+ Very many different seating options on the huge terrace
Hot tub, sauna
Shed
Feel-good factor
Many varied beaches and attractions nearby

- Long and arduous path to the beach
Cleaning staff was still busy for ½ hour upon our punctual arrival
Communication with the landlord was difficult, but was ultimately resolved to our satisfaction.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location near the beach for 4-6 people.

We felt very comfortable in the holiday home, everything you need is there and it was very clean. The rental went smoothly and the landlord was very nice. All in all, we had a very nice week there. We will definitely come back.
