The winter garden and the seating area under the shade-giving plane trees are worth highlighting. Absolute peace all around. The weather was mostly favorable, allowing us to take several cycling tours.

Dear Ulmann family,

We really enjoyed the holiday home Zeetijd. Everything you need is available. Very tastefully and lovingly decorated.
You can tell it's a family holiday home in every corner.
The lounge area with a high-quality grill, the seating area under the plane trees, the conservatory.
The modern, new bathroom.
All in all, a very nice holiday. We would gladly come back to the beautiful house.

Very nice holiday home with a large garden.

We, a middle-aged couple, spent a week on vacation in the beautiful holiday home Zeetijd with our Ridgebacks (large dogs). The house is very well and comfortably furnished, everything was very clean, everything you could need was available in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed the conservatory. As expected, the weather was not always great in April, so we enjoyed sitting in the armchairs in the conservatory, drinking cocoa with a shot, and just relaxing. The garden is relatively large (great for our dogs), completely enclosed by shrubs/hedges, so you are completely undisturbed. Unfortunately, due to the season, we could not use the sun loungers/seating area/barbecue in the garden. Very nice landlord who had responded promptly to all questions.

Autumn Vacation 2023

We had a wonderful family vacation. The holiday home is cozily furnished, and we lacked nothing. Mr. Ulmann is very accommodating and was always available for us.

High-quality equipped holiday home with a modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully landscaped garden, therefore very private atmosphere and quiet location.
We had a wonderful vacation together with our senior dog, who also felt very comfortable. Contact with Mr. Ulmann is always friendly and problem-free. Thank you for the beautiful time. We will be back.

Cosy holiday home

We stayed there with our dog (Rottweiler) for 1 week. The house is comfortably furnished and has everything you need. There is a sufficiently large garden where you can relax and play with your dog, even when the weather is nice.

Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and it rained all the time. But even on such days, the accommodation was great. You felt comfortable and could relax in the comfortable armchair or on the couch.

The location is great, you can quickly reach the sea, rent bicycles in the village, there are many museums nearby, and there are plenty of shopping opportunities. Everyone is super friendly and despite the houses being close to each other, you have your "peace" and won't be disturbed.

Whether it's sun or rain, you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest there.

Booked the house last minute. Very nice, bright property. The conservatory invites you to stay even in bad weather. The garden offers many cozy seating options. Shopping within walking distance. Very clean and close to the beach. Dogs are welcome. Will definitely come back.

Holiday with dog.

We had a very nice vacation in the holiday home, with our dogs. The fenced garden is brilliant. The house is well equipped. The garden and conservatory are perfect for relaxing. Perfect October holiday by the sea

We spontaneously booked the house of family Ulmann in Julianadorp an Zee, 2 persons with dog. The house is very well equipped. It was clean and very cosy with a great fireplace, which we enjoyed using in the evenings
We also had perfect weather and were able to walk on the beach every day
We really appreciated the quiet yet perfect location of the house. Communication with the Ulmann family was uncomplicated and quick. We got good tips and felt well looked after

Summer vacation

Great contact and always a quick response. The facility had everything it needed. It was not far to the beach with the bicycles that could be rented nearby. The garden is wonderful. We had a fantastic 2 weeks and can only recommend it!

Top accommodation for a vacation for two or with the family.

We booked the accommodation spontaneously and were very pleasantly surprised.
The house is very nicely furnished and offers enough space for the whole family with 3 bedrooms.
The absolute highlight is the Stressless chairs in which you can cozy up in the evening in the winter garden by the fireplace. The garden is a nice size, allowing the children to run around and us to grill comfortably. From the property, the beach, shopping options, and restaurants are very easily reachable by foot or by bike.
Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather for a few days and a lot of rain. However, we were never bored thanks to the adjacent parks, some of which had even free indoor playgrounds.
Overall, it was a nice vacation in a very lovely accommodation. The contact with the Ulmann family was also very warm, always smooth and uncomplicated.
We lacked for nothing.

Holiday home

Beautiful holiday home, unfortunately very unkempt and not cleaned. Refrigerator not cleaned, hair and food remnants in the side shelves, oven, baking tray, and cabinets dirty, dust and dog hair everywhere. Nice fireplace inside and outside, unfortunately, these windows are also black and opaque. We were appalled, have never experienced anything like it. What a shame.

Perfect house for dog and human

"De Yperhof" is a not too large holiday home park and is located approximately 1 km from the town center and about 1.8 km from the beautiful beach. The house "Zee tijd" is situated in the back third and impresses with a large fenced property - perfect for dogs.

The winter garden invites you to relax comfortably. The house actually offers 7 sleeping accommodations, of which we only needed two. The decor is cozy; the beds in the main bedroom are very comfortable. The contact with the landlord was very good. One never had to wait long for responses.

We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again.

We can only recommend this house; everything is perfect, super equipped, spotlessly clean, and so lovingly decorated. Our dog also enjoyed relaxing in the very spacious garden.

A holiday home to feel good...

The landlord is very nice and friendly, happily gives tips, is very helpful, and quickly reachable.

For someone who wants to relax but still be central, they feel at home in the very cozily furnished house from the very beginning.

Everything is new, clean, and works!

The kitchen provides even an experienced and spoiled cook with all the utensils they need to "conjure." The bathroom is tastefully furnished, featuring a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and enough counter space.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and a cozy dining area, arranged in a very practical and comfortable way.

The winter garden offers a great atmosphere with its very comfortable lounge chairs and colorful table setting.

I could write a lot now; discover for yourself what this wonderful house has to offer... We spent unforgettable days there and look forward to the next time.

Very beautiful holiday home

Uncomplicated, reliable contact with the landlord before, during, and after the rental. The beds have great mattresses, the house is cozy and nicely furnished, the appliances are very good, and there is indeed a kitchen machine. Dishes and cutlery are perfect, the bathroom and shower are nice and well thought out! The location of the house is excellent, everything is within walking distance. In short, we will come back soon and are already looking forward to it!

Simply beautiful all around.

I was with my dad for a week to relax after the loss of my mom in this sweet little house and can only say that everything here is perfect. A house tastefully furnished with a lot of love and feeling, combined with many small loving details and decorations. Very clean, well-maintained, equipped with a great winter garden and many nice seating areas in the garden. In the fully equipped kitchen, nothing is missing, the bedrooms are small but nice, and I couldn't find anything to criticize about this little house. The communication with the landlords was simply perfect. This is what I wish for from both sides, and therefore, a warm greeting to the Ulmann family. I think Dad, my little Tibetan Terrier Luna, and I will certainly not be spending our time here for the last time. Well, thank you very much, and I can only recommend it further.
