The house is located in Narbonne-Plage in the quiet district of L Òree des Pins in the well-kept private holiday residence LES VILLAS SUR LA COLLINE on a hill with a beautiful view of the Massif de la Clape.A communal pool provides refreshment in between. Private parking space in the residence.
The distance to the beach is only a few hundred metres.

Approx. 15 km from Narbonne, by the sea, surrounded by the
surrounded by the rugged mountain ranges of the Massif de la Clape nature reserve
with pine forests, shrub heath ("garrigue") and vineyards,
with attractive cycling and hiking trails, Narbonne-Plage is situated on a
