You will spend your holiday in our 105 m² upper floor flat with separate staircase, which will be completely modernised and comfortably furnished for you in summer 2021. A private terrace with a garden barbecue fireplace is also available for your sole use at any time
The flat offers plenty of space for up to 5 people and has a beautiful, modern and comfortably furnished living room with a cosy sofa corner and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The kitchen with chicly furnished dining area is fully equipped and has amenities such as electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, coffee maker, microwave, kettle...
The spacious bathroom, which is also completely new, has a shower with rain shower ready for you. An infrared sauna offers you cosy warmth and a small relaxation area serves to relax after a sauna session. There is also a washing machine and a dryer
The flat has 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and walk-in wardrobe. In the third, somewhat smaller bedroom you will find a single bed and also enough space to store all your important things.
Finally, the flat has a separate guest toilet that can be used as a second, smaller bathroom.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.
In case of short-term cancellation (less than 14 days before arrival), the deposit amount of €100/week will be retained, but it will be credited towards a new booking within one year.

So that you can fully enjoy your holiday, we have a whole range of amenities ready for you. Already in the kitchen we have thought about what can contribute to a successful holiday. Whether it's a fully automatic coffee machine, a dishwasher or a fridge with freezer compartment, all these things are sure to to create a positive holiday mood and make your holiday a successful one. As a highlight in the bathroom, we would definitely like to recommend our infrared cabin for 2 people. We are sure that you will also be thrilled by it. It would be nice if you liked the decorations, photos and pictures in the individual rooms as much as we do. But it was also a lot of fun for all of us to prepare the flat for you as it is now
