View of the sea - class, kitchen very well equipped, great that the heating worked and there was underfloor heating in the bathroom. Upon arrival, the apartment was clean. Short walk to the beach and to the center or to restaurants. Garage in the basement had an electric gate key switch. I have been to Sterflat several times and will definitely come back.

Upon arrival, the clean apartment, the beautiful view of the sea and over the village. A very big advantage is the own, lockable garage. We liked everything very much and have therefore booked again for 2027 and are already looking forward to it.

It was perfect. The apartment was nicely warm for the season, the bathroom is beautiful, the kitchen has everything it needs, and the view is indescribable. We will come back in the summer.

Simply everything! We had a problem with the shower drain, gave a quick notice, and shortly after, a professional was on site and fixed the issue. Top service!!!!

The location of the apartment. The good access to the garage, where the bicycles also fit. The prompt response to the emails. There was plenty of space in the apartment, so we could also stay inside comfortably during bad weather. The view from all the windows is spectacular!

We have loved Egmond for decades! Sterflat is not the prettiest building from the outside, but it is very functional, everything is very well organized and practical!

Nice location and spacious, clear room with a nice balcony, enough to sit relaxed when the weather is nice. However, having a parasol base with a parasol would have been nice for various extreme moments. Furthermore, we had a great time.

I found the apartment tastefully, comfortably, and practically furnished; the view of the sea was sooo beautiful, and I felt completely at ease. I also thought the "key handover" was very practical and uncomplicated, and I would love to come back.

We were already in this apartment for the second time. We liked it again very much. The equipment is complete; nothing was missing. Everything is very modern and clean. It is not cluttered, and there is plenty of space. Very cozy. There is also enough workspace and storage in the kitchen. One can cook wonderfully. The view is a dream. Even in bad weather, you always have the sea in sight for comfort. In this apartment, it is special that it has a side window with a view of the village and the lighthouse. Especially in the evening, this creates a very nice atmosphere. We would love to come back.

The location of the apartment with the window facing south is great, as the rooms are already flooded with light early in the dark winter months. The furnishings are excellent, the couch is large and cozy. There is an abundance of dishes and cooking utensils available.

A very beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the sea. Extensive kitchen equipment, nice furnishings, and cozy beds. Beach access can be reached in just a few minutes, as can the pedestrian zone.

We were in the 173 for the first time and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is bright and friendly furnished, spacious & clean, the kitchen lacked nothing, the beds were comfortable, and the (new) bathroom had underfloor heating. :)) As always, the Sterflat with *the* view was a pleasure, and the Rentals team (as always) ensured a carefree, relaxing stay in Egmond with professionalism and friendliness. It speaks for itself that we have been vacationing with Rentals Egmond in various apartments in the Sterflat for 15 years! ;) This time we forgot something at home and the van Duin family helped us effortlessly. Great!!!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, and we were also thrilled by the great view over the village and the dunes. The apartment is very bright and spacious, everything was clean, and we lacked nothing. We were particularly pleased with the truly complete kitchen equipment; absolutely everything was there and in good condition. In the garage, we could even securely park our bikes behind the car.
