Description
We rent out our cosy holiday home for up to 6 people. The cottage has been completely renovated and furnished with love. It is on ground level and has 80sqm of living space plus a beautiful conservatory. An open living and dining area leads into the modern, new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and and and, of course, there is also a TV in the living room. A beautiful wood-burning stove makes for cosy evenings. The large conservatory invites you to great game evenings with the whole family. Wi-Fi is free of charge in the entire house.
For our very small guests, there is a baby cot, high chair and children's tableware.
Bedroom 1: beautiful room with a 160 x 200 cm bed
Bedroom 2: a bunk bed and a pull-out bed.
This room can sleep up to 4 people and there is also a TV here.
Bathroom: cute, new shower room with washing machine.
Of course you have free wifi with us.
In the outdoor area, our little guests will find a great sandbox. Our older guests can chill out on our lounge terrace. Of course, there is also a barbecue for you.
The garden is fenced in for your dog to escape.
You can park in the yard. There is a possibility to lock your own bicycles in the courtyard.

Location and surroundings of object
Location:
Meißendorf is a local recreation area with the Hüttensee lake. Here you will find endless hiking trails along the lake, in the forest and between the fields. At the lake you can see numerous animals such as the white-tailed eagle. There is also a bathing lake, pedal boat rental, miniature golf, etc. in the Hüttensee park. Everything is within walking distance.
The nearest larger town is 29308 Winsen/Aller.
In the surrounding area you will find the Heidepark, Serengeti Park, Weltvogelpark, the half-timbered town of Celle and much more

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
