The light-flooded holiday home features a bedroom with push-together single beds and a bunk bed, as well as a living room with a new corner sofa bed (140 x 210) and a large TV with satellite connection. Furthermore, there is a small fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.) and a large bathroom with a tub, separate shower, and washing machine. The 25 sqm covered and greened terrace invites you to sit outside and, if desired, smoke in any weather. A grill, garden furniture, and sun loungers are also available for use on the 1200 sqm garden property. Playing (badminton, frisbee, boules, . . . ) as well as simply relaxing is easily possible on the large lawn surrounded by hedges! The location of the property is also ideal for excursions into the surrounding area of Berlin. Location:
The holiday home is situated in a quiet and green single-family housing estate on the south-eastern outskirts within Berlin. The city center is 16 km away and easily accessible by car or public transport.

Up to 3 cars can be parked on the lockable property.
Connections:
The nearest bus stop (500 m) and tram stop (1.1 km) are quickly reachable on foot. The Hönow underground station (1.7 km) and the Mahlsdorf suburban railway station (2 km) are ideal for park and ride.
From the nearby Mahlsdorf suburban railway station, it takes 25 minutes on line S5 to Alexanderplatz or 30 minutes to Friedrichstrasse station.
After a day of sightseeing in Berlin, various fruit trees, vines, shrubs, and beds in the garden invite you to have a little snack. Your children will not miss out either; various children's games, children's books, and movies are available for free use, as well as a high chair, crib, children's step stool, and a mobile sandbox/water shell. In case you wish to bring pets, prior consultation with the landlord is requested.

Beautiful holiday home
Thank you very much for the lovely week in your holiday home at Rosenhag.It is very well maintained and has a perfect interior.Quiet location.Perfect for extensive tours in the surrounding countryside and Berlin.We were happy about this super holiday home.Landlord was very nice.Recommend it gladly to others and will be happy to come back ourselves.Bye until soon.

Berlin in the countryside
We found a superbly equipped holiday home with a huge garden. The car could be parked safely on the fenced property
The flat left us wanting for nothing, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, bed linen, TV, Wi-Fi, table tennis table.... Everything in a clean and well-maintained condition. A cosy covered terrace and no matter which window you looked out of, a lovely green garden
The sights and districts of Berlin were easy to reach by public transport
Our dog enjoyed playing with balls in the garden.

We spent the New Year period in this beautiful quiet detached house. The house is fully equipped, ideal for family holidays, recommended at any time of the year. Friendly and very accommodating host. S-Bahn easy to reach (4 bus stops). Private parking space free of charge

In this holiday home, everything is considered.
We spent 8 days in this holiday home, which is equipped with everything your heart desires. The location is simply great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only a few steps away. We felt very comfortable because there were no wishes left unfulfilled. Even if you arrive late in the evening, you don't have to suffer from hunger and thirst, because that has also been taken care of.
Our grandchildren could visit us almost every day after kindergarten and school and they loved the selection of toys and the large garden.
If we come to Berlin again and need a holiday home, the house "Am Rosenhag" belonging to the Schwarzbach family will definitely be our first choice.
We wish the landlords many friendly guests and all the best, and hope that the house will be available for rent for many years to come.

Beautiful holiday home with a great garden
We spent a very nice week during the Easter holidays at the holiday home "Am Rosenhag". The children enjoyed not only the trips, but also the spacious garden, the many play equipment and possibilities, and the quiet location. The adults were able to relax on the terrace. We felt completely comfortable and were happy about the very friendly and attentive service of the landlords.
We will gladly come back!
