The Flierefluiter 2.0 is a modern cedar holiday home with lots of greenery in a very quiet area just behind the dunes. It's a five-minute walk to the beach and ten minutes to the centre of Renesse. As soon as you enter the lush garden, you immediately notice that the atmosphere here is different from most other holiday homes. Worldly interior where you immediately feel at home and where daylight falls through the huge sliding doors into the spacious lounge with various seating areas and colourful art on the walls. After a complete renovation last winter, the house now has a concrete floor with underfloor heating throughout the house, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms have the bathroom en-suite, a large eat-in kitchen with patio door to the covered terrace and spacious lounge with sliding doors from wall to wall to the garden.
The versatile interior is downright cosy with 2 large lounge sofas, a daybed and a bean bag and the layout offers the opportunity to sit together in the lounge around the 43 inch TV or isolate yourself for a while. The elongated kitchen is fully equipped with 5 zone induction hob, grill/microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and ample cooking utensils. The eat-in kitchen also has a Balinese china cabinet, a retro refrigerator, a large dining table with comfortable chairs where you can comfortably sit 8 people and a huge door to the covered porch. On the covered porch, a large lounge area has been created where you can enjoy the sun out of the wind. Of course you can also relax in the garden on one of the sun loungers or in the hanging chairs by the garden house, where you can quietly enjoy the chirping of the many birds or the sound of the sea. The 4 bedrooms are comfortably and practically furnished. The master bedroom has a large wooden double bed with Emma mattress measuring 200 x 180, plenty of storage space and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower. There is another bedroom with en-suite bathroom with rain shower and 2 single box spring beds measuring 200 x 90, which together form a double bed. The third bedroom with 2 single box spring beds of 200 x 90, which together also form a double bed, is the ideal parents room for the adjoining children's room, which has a sturdy bunk bed with mattresses of 200 x 90. This bedroom is only suitable for children or teenagers and does not have a window to the outside, but does have a window to the lounge so you can ventilate the room. Both bedrooms share a bathroom, which is conveniently equipped with a toilet and a shower. The box spring beds have single duvets and bed linen, so they can be used as single beds, even if they are placed end to end. The only double bed in the master bedroom has a double duvet and fitted sheet. Our luxurious holiday villa of 135 m2 is ideal for 2 families as long as the group consists of a maximum of 8 people (max. 6 adults and 2 children). A group of only adults is also welcome in our house, but then all guests must be 30+ and then a maximum of 6 people can sleep (the youth room will then be closed). Our cottage is ideal for 3 couples, because then each couple has its own bathroom. From the Flierefluiter you can easily walk to the beach, where you can choose a beach access with or without beach bars. Either way, you'll have your feet in the sand after a few minutes' walk and the mile-long sandy beach is a quiet family beach. Bike paths through the dunes also start almost directly behind our house, where you can get some fresh air and regularly see deer or wild horses. Within 5 minutes by car you are at the kitesurfing beach at the Brouwersdam or the windsurfing beach at the Grevelingen and in 15 minutes you can drive to the Oosterscheldekering. The beach bar/restaurant De Haven van Renesse is 500 m away, the beach club South-South West and the restaurant Zeerust are about 1 km away and the village of Renesse is 1.5 km away. At the Brouwersdam you can choose from several trendy and good beach bars such as Perry's and Natural High. In the driveway is space for 2 to 3 cars, of which 1 inside the entrance gate. Pets are not allowed and our prices include all costs for heating, water, electricity, final cleaning and tourist tax. We also rent our house with bed linen and bath towels included in the price and the beds are made on arrival, so you can start your carefree holiday immediately.
