Only 80m from the beach (reachable by a dead-end road), with 100 m2 on the ground floor of our Villa LAVANDA, we rent a flat with 2 bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, terrace with sea view and sun lounger.
In addition, there is a large covered and enclosed terrace as a summer living-dining room

BARBAT, population 1,055., is a little village on the south-western coast of the island of Rab in the Barbat Channel, 5 km southeast of the town of Rab; It is situated on a narrow, fertile coastal plateau where vines and vegetables are cultivated. The population is mainly engaged in tourism, farming and fishing.
The place is known for numerous small sand beaches extending from the former ferry pier to the beginning of the town. The island of Dolin extends parallel to the coast of Barbat, which makes the Barbat channel an attractive place for yachting and water skiing. Barbat is attractive to boaters, it has a speed-boat repairing yard, as well as a shop of nautical supplies and spare parts. Numerous vacation homes along the coast, well-developed catering establishments offering domestic products, boarding and lodging services, clean sea protected by the Velebit Mountains, the peacefuly aura - make Barbat a pleasant place to stay.

Great, beautiful flat! Super furnished, clean and great ambience and only 5 min walk to the beach. The hosts are very friendly and we always like to come back!

Hello from Rab where I've lived over 20 years. I'm from France and I stayed here in the "holidays". I look forward to ihrerer visit and will gladly show you all the corner of my green island, help with boat rental and recommend good restaurants. Out of season we will can do a lot together - Inselkraüter together pluck, harvest lavender and / or olive - - In my studio tinkering for Big and Small - Visit the island production goals and free all good: wine, sheep and goat cheese, organic honey, cured ham.
