The equipment and location are great. The property could be a bit better maintained. (Sandbox is broken, the seat cushions are dusty in a box.) Recommendations: The center of Hals is about 2 kilometers away, for example, for shopping or dining. The beach is about 500 meters from the house... can be wonderfully reached on foot.

General condition is okay, mattresses and couch are worn out. Unfortunately, there is no hairdryer. Property is great, nice large garden. Location is also nice, beautiful walks and playgrounds in the nearby area. Unfortunately, our house was not 100% cleaned, it was very dusty, things like baking tray and toaster were dirty. Recommendations: Document the cleanliness of the house. Dancenter is incorrect regarding the refund of the deposit. Unfortunately, we forwarded the survey with deficiencies to Dancenter immediately upon arrival, but there was NO service. We also couldn't reach anyone by phone, so we had to clean ourselves again, as is often the case with Dancenter.

A tastefully renovated house with good amenities in the kitchen area. Generous property with two terraces, one of which is partially covered and has sufficient outdoor furniture. We occupied the house with two couples. One couple moved into the guest house, allowing each couple to use a separate bathroom. A bit unusual for us were the 1.40 m wide beds. It can get a bit tight for restless sleepers. That the two bedrooms in the main house had no wardrobes was new for us, but we could compensate for it with an unoccupied bunk bed. This allowed the bathroom to really score points! Ultimately, we had a wonderful vacation, also thanks to the beautiful house. Recommendations: From our perspective, recommended: / - Port facility and city center of the town Saby / - Aarlborg / - Walk along the coastal path to Hals, eat ice cream in the harbor and back / - Circumvent the offshore island "Mallorca"

Very quiet location, beautiful nature, cozy furnishings. Recommendations: The equipment was okay, but upon arrival, 50% of the lighting did not work. One pan for a house of 8 people is too little. This was very challenging during the dark season. What was really difficult were the beds. Squeaky and extremely soft, in our opinion really unsuitable for sleeping. / Otherwise, the equipment and price are in a good ratio. Everything works great online.

The house needs to be done up, bathroom and children's room. The property was very unlovely upon our arrival, furniture for the garden broken, as well as the sandpit for the little ones, grill from the previous tenant still full of ashes. The location is top. Recommendations: The fish restaurant at the harbor in Hals is great. Excursions are best found through Google.

We really liked the typical Danish open design of the house and the beautiful wooden floor. / A few things will certainly be added to this uncertain house, such as bedside lamps and maybe a wardrobe in the main house. Recommendations: Aalborg should definitely be visited with its museums. We really liked Sasha in the north. The beach nearby was good for walking. In autumn, you can only reach the water with rubber boots. We therefore took a trip to Lokken on the North Sea (1 hour away).

The house is beautifully quiet, spacious, and cozy. I also really liked the fireplace (I was there in December). Recommendations: I have traveled to Aalborg a few times. Blokhus on the North Sea side with the wonderful beach between Tisvilde and Løkken is always worth a trip. Anyone who likes aquariums should definitely go to Hirtshals to the North Sea Oceanarium.

It takes about 1:30 h to get there, but it is worth it! Aalborg is also worth seeing. Families with children would be recommended to visit Farup Sommerland!

It is a very beautiful and well-maintained house. Quiet location, modern and well-equipped. Lovingly furnished. Large bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need. Even very well equipped. Only negative: small or no wardrobes!!! Otherwise super... Recommendations: The Huskatten restaurant with the fish buffet is highly recommended, located in the village. Frederikshavn is also worth a visit.

One couple moved into the guest house, so each couple could use a separate bathroom. The 1.40 m wide beds were a bit unusual for us and might be tight for restless sleepers. It was also new for us that the two bedrooms in the main house didn't have closets, but we were able to compensate with an unused bunk bed, which made the bathroom a highlight!
