We had a lovely stay at Villa Letizia, The large kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed dining on the patio, The bedrooms were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was definitely a plus for our group,

The poor rating is mainly for the customer service of Belvilla. We were guests in a holiday home in Tuscany, and having a (private) pool was the ultimate for us, which is why we really searched for hours for a suitable accommodation. Unfortunately, both the pool and the hot tub on site were heavily soiled and therefore unusable, which greatly disappointed us. However, the customer service is the biggest disappointment: not a single concession because we didn't call the emergency hotline on site? That's their only argument to shirk responsibility. Once and never again. Belvilla, this is how you lose customers.

Great location for wine tasting and exploring Cortona. The pool was a nice touch, especially after a long day. I would definitely come back again. I just wish the bathroom had a bit more privacy.

To begin with, the accommodation did not match the description on your website. Had we seen the review on the accommodation Villa Letizia in Cortona dated August 2023, we would not have booked this accommodation. As we have unfortunately learned, none of the deficiencies and errors that existed in August had been rectified. I can give you a picture of the accommodation. A reception by a representative who was not the contact person and who rushed through the residence and who informed us that Lucca (our contact person) will come later to inform us further and to receive the last amount of money (cleaning fee, Tourist tax). lack of kitchen equipment, broken furniture that cannot be used. Pool that cannot be used because there is no cleaning (smells badly and has green growth on the bottom and sides. No washing machine ( as described). Electrical installations where cables for lighting are damaged and in some cases repaired with tape .Lamps hang from loose cables and are dangerous to touch.The ceiling lighting in the living room was full of insects and flies. I could go on with more things but what surprises me is that you don't look at previous reviews and contact the responsible landlord of the accommodation.

What a wonderful retreat! The swimming pool and the hot tub were the highlights of our vacation. We spent hours enjoying the garden and standing by the grill. Perfect for a family outing!

The location is great—just a short drive to Cortona. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the proximity to the wineries. The garden furniture was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee outside.

this villa was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. the host Luca was very helpful and he made an amazing dinner for us that completed our stay. the pool and the outdoor area was also very cute. can only recommend luca and his house! ps he has a dog that we became very good friends with ️

The location of this villa is fantastic, Close to Cortona and several beautiful wineries for wine tasting! A visit to the Basilica di Santa Margaritha is a must, The peaceful surroundings made it a relaxing getaway.

Perfect for a family getaway! Plenty of space for everyone, and the garden was nice for the kids to play, the sauna was a nice addition, just a bit far from the main attractions, but that wasn't a problem.
