Bright villa with all comforts located in the pine forest at the tip of the peninsula of Cap-Ferret, consists of 130 m2 of living space with a large living room kitchen, four bedrooms, two with private bathroom, a bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
Internet WIFI.
The villa also includes a veranda with a large jacuzzi (optional ready to use for 180€) of 2*2m with a bubbling bath opening onto the pine forest.
A wooden terrace overlooks a large garden with pine and arbutus trees. Villa located near the beaches, ocean
beaches, ocean and basin of Arcachon. All shops within 0.5 km
Rental option: Use of the Jacuzzi, supplement of 200€ per week.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
