The landlords advertise their accommodation with a number of amenities that are actually NOT present. This includes partially booking-relevant statements such as: - Grill - Space for sports field - Loungers - Sun umbrella - Bathrobes - Carport Furthermore, it is stated that there is a stereo system in the apartment. This statement is very far-fetched. There is an old suitcase radio with a CD slot available. The certification in the Fehmarn folder expired last year. The apartment itself was functionally furnished. Overall, however, it is very carelessly furnished. The relatively high price is definitely not justified. The "covered seating area" is a joke. In sunny weather, this corner cannot be used because, although a umbrella stand is available, the corresponding umbrella could not be found. Or do you have to bring that yourself? That should be described as well. The communication (but we don't want a family connection) was more than meager. There was even a lack of the commonly used announcement of the time of day (or a simple MOIN).

The holiday apartment has everything you need. It is modern and comfortably furnished. There are enough options to store your personal belongings. A partially covered terrace that invites you to sunbathe, but also provides enough shade with its large sun umbrella. The location is central. The harbor and the city center are easily reachable on foot. And it is not far to the South Beach either. The hosts are friendly, and if something is missing, it will be taken care of immediately. All in all, we felt very comfortable.
