Everything was fine in terms of living. Very nice, well-equipped apartment in a location close to the beach. The way to the bakery, grocery store, and bus stop is also not far. An absolute advantage is the lockable bike room in the underground garage. The only downside is the parking space in the underground garage, which, in my opinion - at least for my car (SUV) - is too narrow and very difficult to access. Alternative parking spaces on the street are scarce.

Very friendly reception at the rental office. Super service! The apartment was very close to the beach, clean, and bright. Everything was optimal. I would rent this apartment again. Highly recommended!!!
