For us (senior couple) optimal size without frills. Location also optimal for us, as one can and must move to the promenade or beach walk.

The apartment is clean and neatly furnished. For the "small" size of the apartment, especially the kitchen, I find the price a bit high in the main season. However, I want to emphasize the hospitality and the willingness to help with inquiries as outstanding! I liked the quiet location. The barking neighbor's dog is tolerable. The paths to the bakery, town center, and beach are short.

The apartment is optimal for 2 people. It is quiet yet central. Only a 10-minute walk to the beach in a still manageable seaside resort, Dahme.

This apartment is small, but nice. It has a very quiet location, completely sufficient for 2 people, everything is within walking distance. At first, I had concerns about the attic in summer, but it was taken into account in the furnishings that there is sufficient darkening with thermal curtains and blinds. I especially want to highlight Mr. Suhr and his friendliness in dealing with vacationers!!!! He took care of small concerns immediately and gave tips for the vacation/actions on site, he is absolutely great!!! I can only recommend him and his rental. Always happy to return, thank you for everything!!!
