Description

The quietly situated villa with private pool and garden is located on a plot of approx. 1,200 sqm and is for exclusive use. A lovingly landscaped and beautifully green garden with a large lawn is attached to the holiday home. On 2 floors, the house offers you about 160 sqm of living space. Also the beautifully landscaped and maintained garden area leaves nothing to be desired. The pool area is sunny and offers you a welcome refreshment at any time, here are also some sun loungers and parasols. In the outdoor area, both sunny and shady covered terraces invite you to relax outdoors. From two outdoor terraces you have direct views of the private pool and garden, which of course may be used and a brick barbecue which is also available to you. Parking space is located on the property.
